Circle K store filthy/unorganized, pos, and general staff incompetence...

I regularly go to store 1404 in Danville, il. I except that usually the store is messy and the management leave new employees alone in the store, while they (the group of them) generally stand around infront of the store smoking. The reason for my complaint finally now is that the link/POS systems are regularly down and wastes my time of going into your mediocre establishment. This and the fact that store 1404 was recently remodeled, I assumed your management would be keeping up on the cleanliness. The store now looks as filthy as it did before the remodel. The turnover rate at 1404 must be attrocious based on the fact there is always a new cashier and no one seems to know anything when prompted, which leads me to believe that their is seriously incompetent management as well as a horrible training system in place. I have finally had enough and I will just spend the additional fifty cents to get a soda from citgo across the street.

Circle K cashiers

I have always experienced good service in this location specially because I travel to dallas a lot with my family.
Today the 5/16/17 I had with me my 4 year old daughter she really needed to pee, we pull over got gas and the cashier rude said she didn't have the key? I told her mam is for my daughter not me. She said no.. after I spend money with you guys and you just said to me no, when I know you guys had the key. If theirs no public restroom get a sign.. and if for customer only also.. I will report this isssue because we spend money the lady Stephanie and Margie where rude.

Circle K the cashier was so rude

I went to store 2707435. I always go to circle k to buy my smokes. The lines tend to be shorter, always cleaner, and most importantly friendly staff. I asked for my specific smokes and intended to buy gas. She did the right thing by asking for my id very rudely. I know I look young i'm 27 and look 16, but never have I been asked in such a manner. She took a quick glance and shoved my i'd back and stated come back tomorrow. I held my compsure expecting them not to have them and asked for my backup brand. She was visibly upset that she had to leave her chair again to accommodate me. She took a phone call during this process as well. She handed me my smokes, and i'd after staring at me the entire time I ran my card. She also handed me a pen. I of course confused since I paid debit asked if i. Had to sign something. She said no and gestured me out of her store. I was so angry I didn't even get gas. I will be thinking twice before going to any circle k and especially that one! Circle K crab food

I went to the circle k store located in central ave north, ST Petersburg fl this morning, i asked the CSR about the donuts and she replied that she doesn't eat this crab.
I didnt know that Circle K is selling crab instead food
How about one thing that this CSR doesnt know " people eat with teir eyes first"
Too bad for this corporate "Circle k "would have this kind of customer service.

Circle K gas receipt

On May 13th, 2017 between 4pm-5pm, I filled up my car, with a full tank of gas for $38 on pump 5 @

Receipt failed to print at the pump, so I went inside to get my receipt, from cashier H. Melissa (register 3) she told me, she couldn't give me a receipt, nor did she give me an explanation! I was told to call in the morning, that they will email me one. Called in the next morning, just to be told again that they can't do that. I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor they hung the phone up on me. It's very inconvient, for me not to recieve a receipt, to show for my travel expenses when filing my taxes!

Circle K harassment/discrimination/hate crime?

Winter 2015

I've been a loyal US Hwy 60 East Irvington Ky 40146 CircleK customer for the past 7 years up until 2 years ago. My girlfriend walked into this store for a polar pop & was immediately & randomly kicked out by Jennifer. Two days later I walked in with my 5 year old son to get a gatorade before tball practice. As I was approaching the coolers I was also stopped by Jennifer & told (very loudly & during rushhour) "You can't be in here! GET OUT!" After leaving cluessless & embarrassed that my child had to witness such hatred, I got home & immediately called the store. The store manager Stacey answered I told her who I was by my first name & she instantly knew who I was. I politely asked 'Why I was just kicked out of the store so disrespectfully in front of my child & told never to come back?' Stacey's response was & I quote "You're allowed to just not your girlfriend." When I asked her 'why?' she then stated that "..She stole a box of chicken from the deli & until she pays for it she can't come back." I ended the phone call the same way I started it, politely "Stacey, my girlfriend & I both work hard to provide for our family just as you do I'm sure. We always took our things to the counter to be paid for & always paid with the exact amount. Where the money went after it left my possession & entered into your employees is not something that neither my girlfriend or myself should be held accountable for. Thanks we'll take care of it." A week after this phone call with the manager Stacey, ("You're allowed to just not your girlfriend.") I walked inside to pay for gas & before I knew it I was being kicked out once again. That was the last time I walked into that store.

I've called corporate & left many messages since this has happened 2 years ago & have not received a phone call or email back about the incident. These employees have not only harassed us but bashed both of our names in our 2 mile long country town. They've portrayed us both to be thief's to our community (as well as my son) & would very loudly announce it to the store before kicking us out.
Our biggest concern/question is were we targeted because we're a lesbian couple?

Circle K outdated food for sale on shelves

I am handicap the only store around is ck. Just about every time I go to buy some food it is outdated (Sell buy). I know there is about 100% mark up on some of the prices. I don't know who job it is too see that the sell buy is taken off the shelves. (Vendor or employees). How many people buy without checking? The customer should not have to check this.

Circle K circle k location bremen georgia

When I go to this location in the morning there is always a problem at about 5 o'clock when I'm on my work commute they can't seem to get the register open to get a transaction done to buy anything or like this morning there was no money in the register to even get change that is unacceptable for people who are going to work first thing in the morning and I will not be stopping here in the mornings again because it screws up my entire morning and to top it off the woman at the register was extra rude this morning because she didn't have change this is absolutely unacceptable and there's no excuse for a gas station to not have their drawer ready at any time especially first thing in the morning

Circle K employee

On May 10, 2017 I sent my niece to the Circle K location at (2969 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613) to purchase a pack of cigarettes (Wave Menthol 100s). When she returned she had been given the shorts. I went back and explained to the the girl behind the counter that I was given shorts instead of 100s and she said "oh well I gave her what she asked for and we're not allowed to exchange them, I pointed and asked her are these the ones and she said yes". I told her ok I understand that but the spot where your 100s are supposed to be is empty, you pointing at the correct brand but having that spot empty to a person that doesn't smoke would assume those were what they asked for. She then says "well I have the correct one's they just not there" I tell her well that's your mistake, can I get your manager info. She replies I don't have to give you anything and I'm not calling anyone, she also refused to give me her name telling me now take your shorts and get the ### on. I'm like excuse me then calls the police saying I bet you won't be allowed back in here watch your ### run now. I was completely appalled that this employee was so rude. I told her well I will find the information needed and you will no longer have a job, she goes on to say whatever I bet I will. I've been going to this location for 3 plus years and have never had a problem with anyone this employee who says she's been there 3 weeks needs to be fired. There is no way she should behave or speak to a customer the way she spoke to me using fowl language is unacceptable. I would like this matter addressed immediately. Thank you in advance.

Circle K the new blonde manager at the morongo valley store.

The new blonde manager here at the [censor]go valley store is always very rude and says snide comments to the vast majority of patrons i see her deal with. Myself included. I paid once for cigarettes in change ( not something i do usually) she proceeded to tell me i cant pay in all quarters. I asked if that was something new. Never heard of a single place you cant pay change. No other patrons where there i was the only one in the store besides 4 circle k workers. She said it pisses of other patrons. Again no one else in sight. She needs to keep her two cents to herself. To make someone feel that uncomfortable and discriminated against is pitiful as a representative of your corporation.

Circle K no yoohoo

I'm in the region of your Summerfield store and your currently running a promotion of buy a 15oz bottle of yoohoo get a donut free. Mind you I love your donuts I purchase them frequently. They ran out of yooho's last night, the clerk said they were waiting on a shipmemt to be delivered. I come in again tonite, there's donuts but no Yoohoo. Clerk says ain't arrived yet, waiting on it. Two nights of disappointment not good. Faster delivery at least. Or a discount on donuts for my inconvenience of not being able to enjoy YOUR promotion.

Circle K market manager

I've worked for Circle K for a year.. once I was forced to try and transfer because I was moving. Once the Market Manager John said he was going to transfer me but when the time came he didn't. I lost my apartment because they would not transfer me, my daughter and I was left homeless. So now I tried to reapply the new market manager don't want to rehire me. She is claiming that she don't do rehire but there are two employees in the Everglades City area that have been rehired. I fell that i am being discriminated against. I'm a hard worker and I do everything that is ask of me.

Circle K wrote up for calling in sick with doctor's note

I have worked for Circle K for 3 12 years but recently quit because i was wrote up for excessively calling in within a short period of time as in within the last month or so because i was having dizzy spells and couldn't think straight and was not safe for me to drive. I also had developed a severe sinus infection upper respiratory infection so pretty much Bronchitis. So i called in and told them i was at the ER and would bring in a dr note when i was released and let them know what was up with me and i did... I was diagnosed with Vertigo and had meds to help and they did.. So about 2 weeks later i got called in for a couple of hours on my day off to come help put the store back in order cause the floors had gotten stripped and waxed the night before i was glad to help. After i was done and getting ready to clock off my manager told me she had good news and bad news the good news was she gave me a $5 circle k ticket for coming in to help and then said the bad news is i have to write you up for excessively calling in and i said i had a dr note though and she said she had to because the NEW big wig CJ told her she had to. He said he wants everyone to be held accoutable for everything and that it was basicly a new policy. It was my 1st write up with the company in the 3 12 years i have been there and i usually came into work when i was sick every other time even with severe Bronchitis being called in on my scheduled days off and they could tell i was truly sick even customers were not happy that i had to come to work sick. I had a great repore with my customers i was there for them and gave them great customer service i transfered back to this store because of my customers and i did NOT have a calling in pattern cause i only called in when i truly could not work or drive to work. So with all that said. Thank u CJ for my customers losing great customer service from me due to me quitting because of your policy or whatever u wanna call it

Circle K scratch lottery tickets

The Circle K Stores should consider getting out of the lottery business. The stores in the Myrtle Beach area tend to sell out of tickets by early afternoon in many locations and do not bother to restock, leave enough tickets in the box, or have a person on staff that can activate new books for the evening shift. I regularly stop at both stores in Socastee, SC, between 4 and 8 pm and there are no $10 tickets to be sold. This isn't just inconvenient, it's bad business. Either have the product to sell or stop selling them all together.

Circle K service

I have been in the Circle K on 30th Ave & 1st St in Bradenton Florida several times all different times of the day and during the day hours usually around 12 on my lunch break I go there and get a drink. I wasn't going to say anything at first because I understand everyone has their off day but unfortunately it has continued for some time now and I just can't take it any longer. There is a young lady that works there with dark hair and glasses I believe her name tag said Shelley she is rude as can be, she hardly ever smiles, I have seen and heard her on her cell phone arguing with someone with other customers in the store. I just really couldn't believe the day I was in there and she was asking these two young ladies some very inappropriate questions from behind the counter. I refuse to go into that Circle K anymore which really inconveniences me.

Circle K low product on shelves and coolers/freezers

I am writing in regards to low products in the store in boothbay harbor, me. the shelves rarely had empty spots along with cooler/freezer. But it seems lately that product is not being ordered when empty. I go to this store daily. The people are polite and helpful but lacking product is not good for business. I know there has been switch in management so not sure if new manager is ordering what needs to be in the store.Just want to bring this to attention as i know the assitant manager was keeping up until new manager stepped in. Please check and see the issue.

Circle K disgusting customer service

What is wrong with the Circle K on Tennessee Street across from tractor supply in Tallahassee? For that matter what's wrong with all these Circle K stores! Maybe it's their low pay. The lines at the Tennessee Street location are always to the door and the help as slow as molasses. Big shout out to Kimberly for being nasty, sassy, encouraging loitering (her friends) and taking great joy in refusing to serve white people at every opportunity. Great job Circle K. From now on I'm going to Walgreens at the corner of Tennessee and Monroe where you get good customer service without the ghetto attitude. Get the $100 plus I used to spend there weekly from Kimberly.

Circle K doors locked after 8:00 pm

Stopping to get gas at your store in West frankkllin st. Monroe N C the gas pumps were full so I went around to the other side of the store to the next available pump I could get to . Went up to the door to find out it was locked at 800 pm and if you wanted to get into the store you had to walk always around the building to the door on the other side ? Iam disabled have bone on bone arthritis in my spine plus scoliosis this is very inconvenient to a disabled person ! I guess your stores are not handicap accessible after 8:00 pm so I will start taking my business somewhere that I'm able to get into the store ...

Good, no one will miss you I'm sure. Clearly all you are concerned about is yourself and not the safety of the employees after dark in a place armed robberies are frequent.

Circle K jd store employee

I went on into your ray and 48th street in ahwatukee, Az store tonight and JD was working. I went to get a fountain drink and he told me that side of the store was closed very rudely. So I went onto the other side, got a soda and gave him $100. Jd then said he wouldn't accept that because it would take too long. I explained to him that I only had a dollar other then the 100 which would buy a soda drink. He was the rudest employee I have ever met. I live across the street and am there almost everyday. He should not be in customer service. To have someone not except my money and tell me I can't go to one side of the store is infuriating.

Circle K cashier (lottery)

When purchasing 5 card cash tickets one of your cashiers seems to believe its his responsibility to check the tickets for your customers and tell them if there an instant winner prior to the customer receiving their tickets.
I compare this to him scratching a scratcher prior to handing it to a customer and telling them if there a winner or not. Can you please confirm if this is an acceptable practice for your cashiers. If not maybe some of your cashiers need to be aware of corporate policy.
I'm not sure if the AZ Lottery has rules and regulations that companies have to follow.

When I spend $$ on the lottery its the excitement of checking your tickets or scratching your tickets that one looks forward too.
