The caramel cappucino, I mean I get one everyday, makes my stomach sooooo upset. I spend everyday allday in the bathroom. What do you put in them that makes me continue to buy them? I mean they are so good, I would rather spend my days on the toilet, than to quit drinking them. My girlfriend thinks im cheating on her because I am in the bathroom gor 18 out of the 24 hours in a day. I secrectly tape myself pooping and post online for $. I mean I cant work, and I have to pay the rent.

I bought a 2pk of juul pods and tried to exchange the product for a different flavor as the classic tobacco taste like a dirty diaper smell and would like to exchange it for the virginia blend but the service employees will not exchange as i opened it but only one have i opened as i needed to do so to encounter what i have encountered and would really like something to be done being i paid 9.99 plus tax for 2 pods i cannot use again due to nasty taste

I started working for circle 8/5/19 @ 6718 AL-69, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405. I was scheduled today 8/13/19 from 12 pm to 7 pm. I was unable to work today because I was at the ER with my mother who was rushed to the ER in a ambulance on 8/12/19. She was able to go home with being discharged @5 am. My mother had called the store because i had to go run and get her medicine, when I get back she told me that she wanted me to call her so I did. But before I called her back my son's school called and I had to pick him from him getting sick in class. Before I left to get my child I spoke with the manager at this store 6718 AL-69, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 Shonda She stated that she had my shift covered for 8/14/19 and i did not say anything about 8/14/19 I just needed off 8/13/19 because my mom was not able to move by herself and she needed someone there with her, and my child just got sick at school. i have to excuses for 8/13/19 and she said I dont need to come back to work there. This is completely unfair what she did and I did not deserve to be let go. I may have only work a few days and just started but when I was there I cleaned that store that was just built up with dust and mess. I was the only employee that would do the bathrooms when I first did the bathrooms it looked like the men's bathroom never got cleaned the walls were yellow, I cleaned the windows seals pulled everything out. I'm not putting that in here to make myself to look good but I worked when I was there to help make that store more clean to help with there health inspection score of a 80. The store was FILTHY. I've never in my life been in a more disgusting gas station. And I've never been in a dirty Circle K until now. The floor had old gum everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been mopped in a VERY LONG TIME. The cooler for drink had what looked like mold growing up the corners of the doors. The drinks weren't cold. The shelves with candy/chips- nothing was organized. Everything was thrown on the shelves with no care in the world. There was wrappers and trash under all the tables and shelves. Filthy music with foul language playing loud- kids were in this store. Behind the counter was a complete mess. The cashier was sloppy and was eating Reese's while checking out customers- licking her fingers after each bite the handling customer's items and money. The cold center with sandwiches and other cold kept items was a mess. Nothing was in order or grouped together, just thrown in. The parking lots was lined with trash. I have never in my life complained about something. I don't like getting anyone in trouble. But I was blown away this time. It was absolutely disgusting.

I stopped Into the convience store today to get a drink and some cigarettes And any other time they let me use my spin & WinCoupons for my drinks and I had a coupon for my cigarettes however the lady behind the counter refuse to take my coupons and I think that is Judgemental Considering the lady in front of me was able to use hers. the lady Behind the counter was rude

I went to fill my tank with gas at this circle k location. I selected regular, the station automatically defaulted to supreme+. I went to the counter for the manager to check the cameras to prove My selection. He refused to do this and did not offer to adjust my payment to regular. The managers name was Hushan. The reference number for my transaction is 664336880010010390C and invoice 089441. I was very disappointed by the poor customer service I received with no resolution.

No half and half, french vanilla or hazelnut creamer in dispenser. Couldn't buy a coffee. No toilet paper in restroom, no outside windshield towels or fluid in buckets.Couldn't clean my windshield. Empty cups, lids and straws. The floor and counters were sticky and nasty. It's like this every evening I come in to shop. Im at the point of going to a different store or company. I usually come in after work around 8 to 8:30pm. There are several different cashier's each time. Its not just the one's working on this date.

The cashier is very rude to the customers. He is asking everyone if they have the money to pay for the gas and their purchases and he is asking in a rude way and in a nasty tone of voice. Then after insulting a customer he complains about them to the next person in line right in front of them! He is so rude that I took my business across town to flash foods and gave them over 50 dollars for gas and drinks. I don't know what kind of business you're running but I am a professional who will never enter your store again.

I am writing to you today because of you Circle K store on Deltona Blvd in Deltona Florida. You have a product that has been on sale all summer which is your fountain drinks any size for 79 cent which is a great deal. However your worker are always running out of the xlarge cups, if they are not out of the cups.they are out of the tops which goes on the large cups. Why do store always has to do this to their customers. I really feel that they are not out they just don't put them out. This store also needs an update in their drinks fountain machine, other stores carry more of a selection in the fountain drinks. I think this will be a great help. These are thing I think you need to know . Overall I have no problem with this store . Just need to keep their cups supply orders up and the lids that are needed for the cups. Most people will chose the largest drink at that price. It would also be nice to update you drink fountain drinks with more of a variety of drinks.

I want to file a complaint on a clerk that was very disrespectful and rude I felt embarrassed with customers around me I went in there to purchase a lottery ticket and I asked her if she had any $3 lottery tickets and she replied with this attitude saying what I see behind the glass is what she had so at first I was okay so I tried looking and I couldn't cuz there was a mess in the counters not clear enough for me to it be able to see all of them so when I told her I wanted it to purchase the winning lineup one she gave it to me with this attitude for first she asked me for my ID so I told her let me go get it from the car I had left my ID in the car cuz I sure don't look like I'm under 21 so that got me mad and offended 2 and to top it all off when I came back with my ID to give it to her I give her the money and when she gave me the lottery ticket I had purchased she just threw it at me and didn't even bother to say sorry. She gave me my change rolled her eyes didn't even say thank you or greet me as the customer I was. I had Never Ever Felt embarrassed a humiliated basically in any public place whatsoever in my life.

I have had 2 very unpleasant encounters with your customer service rep Rezlam. He is a very rude and ignorant person. The first encounter I had, I was with my children in the store getting a Slurpee, I informed him there were no more lids for the small Slurpee. He came over to the station where the Slurpee are and he very aggressively grabbed lids from the medium section (I was unaware they fit both cups) and proceed to install the lids onto my kids Slurpee while dipping his fingers into my kids Slurpee. I then proceeded to inform him not to touch my kids Slurpee as I don't know how sanitary his hands were. He then proceeded to tell me to get out of the store. I have multiple witnesses who can vouche for his ignorance.

The second occurance happened today. I went to the store like I do every single day to buy my backwood cigars before work. I asked for 2 packages of the cigars. He then gave me the 2 packs of cigars. I always feel the packages before I buy them to make sure the product is intact and not missing cigars. One of the 2 packs had a big of crumpling damage to them which normally indicates a broken cigar. I very politely asked him (knowing the kind of attitude he has) and he refused to give me an alternate pack. I then asked him Hy he won't give me a different pack and he told me he was not going to give me another pack. I the explained to him that I don't want to argue with him about the situation I would just like a different pack. He (again) told me to leave the store trying to get me to leave with only one pack. At this point I have already paid for 2 packs. He the. Raised his voice towards me and I felt threatened perso ally so raised my voice in response to his ignorance. I have been going to that specific store for almost 20 years and am very dissapointed in this guys behaviour. I imagine you guys told like people like that working in your stores.

Is there a shortage of Diet Pepsi?
I frequently visit Circle K on Lumpkin Street in Athens Georgia and Bells Food Store on Hawthorne Ave in Athens as well.
Both are frequently out of Diet Pepsi. I have spoken with the manager at both locations and they said they have talked to their route salesman and have been told they leave them what they need, regardless of customer complaints.
Example for each.
Circle K on Friday they had two 15 packs of Diet Pepsi and Twenty of Pepsi.
Bells Sunday had no two liters, no 15 packs, no 12 packs.
