Circle K Wrong price on gas

I had stopped by the circle k on Tucker Rd n ocean springs Ms. Feb 24th 2022 sign read $3.19 so I go n to pay the cashier Kayla$20 for pump 2 I go to pump my ⛽ & it wasn't til after I pushed the unleaded button that I noticed it read $3.29 so after I pump the $20 I go back n the store to ask Kayla why did the sign say $3.19 and the pump read $3.29. She tells me it's not her problem but she would bring it to the managers attention. She was very rude. I left my phone# to have the mgr to call me and I still haven't heard from anyone. My phone# is [protected] my name is Sheila Byrd. Thank you

Desired outcome: I would like the 10 cent difference to be taken care of. Cuz the circle k up the road was $3.23 and if I would've known it was $3.29 instead of $3.19 I wouldn't have stopped by for gas

Circle K Cashier / clerk responding rudely to customers

Register: 3 123456, TRAINING

I prepaid for fuel with a 100.00 Bill

Went to pump 7 to pump 46.00 in fuel.

Returned to the same clerk that took my prepay amount, informed him I pumped 46.00 on pump 7.

He proceeded to give me change of 4) $1's and 10) $5's. The change was correct, that wasnt the issue.

When he handed me the money, I asked if he not had $20 dollar (denomination) bills?

He stated in a very rude manner" if I had 20's I would have given them to you".

As a customer that pays his salary, he should be kinder than to answer someone with what seemed to be an attitude because I asked for larger bill.

Seems he could have just stated, sir we are out of $20's.

Been doing business here for a long time, I might just have to take my business elsewhere!

Desired outcome: Retrain to act more professional and would like an apology

Circle K Sip and save

I purchased a Sip and Save for [protected] phone number from the Circle k, at the 3130 Stockton Hill Kingman Az 86401 store on 1/13/2022. Purchase order number 444060, I have tried to use it on several occasions, but it just keeps asking me to purchase it again. I have tried to contact Circle k through their web site and by phone on several occasions but have gotten no response.

Circle K Helo vape

Not all of the Helo vapes that you are selling work and the store employees know this so the manager still lets the cashiers sell them. Some of the cashiers say keep your receipt incase it doesn't work but the manager won't let you return it. I bought one at the 11225 Cleveland ave. Fort Myers location and tried it right at the counter with the cashier and it didn't work and the manager said to bad no returns. This is the second one i bought there and the first one they returned it.

Circle K Promotion

I was getting coffee at a Circle K location on January 12 at approximately 8:30 AM (MST). There is a promotion for a 24oz coffee and a Kind Bar for $2. The cashier charge me the full price for both items which turned out to be $4.95 I informed her about the $2 promotion and she reiterated to me the separate price for each item rudely and charged me accordingly. I paid for it because I did not want to be rude in return.

Desired outcome: Please hire competent people. Remove or honor promotion please

Circle K My 5 year old daughter peed on herself due to the worker and the bathroom key

I went to the store to let my daughters use the bathroom and get something to drink/snack and the bathroom was locked so I asked the worker to get the bathroom key before he took the customer in from of me and he said yes but never gave it too me.He took forever with the man holding a conversation and counted his change so slow so I asked the lady that worked there and she didn't waste no time giving it too me.By the time I went to the back to let my 5 year old in my other daughter screamed daddy zari peed on herself! My baby was peeing all over herself in the middle of the floor and she had to finish using it with her wet clothes on bc he had an attitude and didn't wanna give me a key that was right on side of him! When we left out I asked him why and told him what happened and he looked at me and said I can't help you I asked for corporate number his manager number and his name he still looked at me and said I can't help you! I asked him for an apology to my daughter who was in his face still crying he looked at my baby and said I can't help u call the manager! Man I wanted to tear the store up bc it's my child and I just felt so hopeless bc I couldn't defend her like a dad is supposed too bc I don't do that type of stuff in front of my kids! Can someone please help and my daughter resolve this matter PLEAESE! Sorry for the cursing but I was very upset 😢

It’s shameful and a hostile response and policy. I went for gas and needed to use the restroom and was denied access. I will not set foot in another Circle K. A company that will not provide basic amenities and has them available has problem with their ethics, as demonstrated in your example. I left immediately to go accrue the stree to 711. In just glad I didn’t start the pump before I went in and saw the employee only sign on the bathroom door. Whoever created that policy and pushed it down from their corporate structure needs to be fired. The reason you can walk into any business and use the restroom is because it is a basic human necessity. I can only conclude that they feel like they are resentful at the people who holds up their company structure with sales.

Circle K I have a fraudulent charge on my account and was told by my bank to contact the merchant to get it resolved

On 12/6/2021 my debit card was charged for $72.01 at circle k. I noticed on 12/10/2021 that my debit card was missing. I did not make that purchase and I want my money refunded immediately. I was told by my bank to contact the merchant to get my money refunded. I filed a dispute with my bank but was told I needed to contact the merchant to resolve the issue

Circle K Stale donuts & disrespectful treatment by employees

I purchased a half dozen donuts on or about December 29 2021, when I opened them later that day they were stale. I went back to return them, I was told there was nothing she could do for me as she could not do refunds only her manager could. I returned two days later only to be laughed @ by the previous cashier & assisted by another cashier by the name of Ana
who told me the same thing while another cashier rudely interrupted who told me I needed to leave so they could keep the line moving... there was no line. These young ladies need to understand how to deal professionally with customers. I felt triple teamed, offended, embarrassed & annoyed.

Circle K Poor customer experience

I visited the longmoor and new street store today around 9pm to find the employee sound asleep behind the counter. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be served but had to speak loudly after a few minutes to was him up. Poor customer experience. And could be costly as anyone could have walked it with merchandise. This same employee has been highly unprofessional during other visits as well

Circle K Mold

On December 14, 2021 I bought a boom boom chicken sub from the circle k at 5202 W Sligh Ave, Tampa, FL 33634. I took a bite of the sandwich and felt the texture of the sub was off. As I was at my desk working, I didn't check the sub before I took a bite. When I looked, spots of mold were all over the sub. It goes without saying but there is no good reason as to why moldy subs are being sold to customers. At the time of writing this I feel sick.

Circle K Employee

I live in Baton Rouge, La. and purchase fuel, beverages, coffee, etc. at your location at 2340 S. Sherwood Forest location a minimum of twice daily sometimes more for more than 5 years now. There is a lady named Linda who works there during the day that has single handily driven me to no longer stop at this location any longer. Her negative attitude and rude demeanor is something that I am no longer willing to tolerate. The thing that drives me even crazier is the fact that I have to repetitively hear about all the things that the other employees are not doing that make her job miserable. Thank you for the the hot morning coffee, fresh snacks, affordable fuel, fountain drinks, and beer that I have been able to enjoy over the years but UNFORTUNATELY I will be taking my business to Racetrack from now on. How many more good customers are you willing to lose, not counting how many you've lost already because of Linda's poor attitude and rude demeanor. Please know this is not a reflection of all other employees at this location as they are all courteous and pleasant but a direct accusation toward Linda.

Circle K Circle K Reloadable Gift card unusable

I purchased a Circle K Reloadable Gift Card as I was traveling through New Mexico and Arizona. I tried to use it for gas at several Circle K gas stations. The pumps and the clerks would not accept it. We did not get a pin number when we bought it. I can't even get a balance on it, but I'm pretty sure it's $60. I have also stopped at a Circle K near my home and was not able to use the card either. How can I get my money off the card?

Circle K Never paid

I worked 24 hours for circle k in greenwood, Indiana on main Street, and I can't get paid, I filed a complaint with DOL and they advised me to get an attorney, WOW how can I afford an attorney? I refuse to ever go back in a circle k and I tell everyone I come across about they way they treated me and non pay for hard work on a holiday weekend.

Circle K Sup n save

This is the second time having issues with my sip n save I buy one for me n one for my boyfriend….I just paid for mine n his last Thursday n his didn't work the next day mine didn't work two days after I paid I truly would love to figure this out I don't like donating money when I think it's going toward a sip n save….please someone contact me quickly so we can figure out how to resolve this! Circle K Not being treated fairly, never team effort, and scheduling is never consistent

Haven't had a weekend off to be able to spend time with my children I put request in and get denied I'm always scheduled during holidays and events and the times most people would be gathering with their loved ones and friends when I was hired I asked for days as much as possible with the school scheduling for the most part and I've been thrown all over the place but other employees and management are scheduled a set schedule for the most part and have had serial weekends off or has left early to spend time with family including new hires also not everyone at my store works as a team it seems as if only one to two people and myself always get left with the other people's shift duties and our shift duties as well my schedule is all over the place making it difficult for me to maintain my responsibilities and everyday life outside of work also management always has assistant manager working same hours and days as the manager also on truck day they have 5 people scheduled for morning and truck isn't ever fully put away stuff gets left for the next person who comes in I don't understand how or why it's like this and I find it unfair and selfish I need help on this situation I don't want to quit my job but I don't like being treated unfairly and anytime I bring it up I just get a ill try and it never changes I've put a 110% in to my job and feel like I'm not getting any appreciation nor respect for all the time and effort I put into my work

Desired outcome: to be treated fairly and schedule to be more consistent and rotate weekends so everyone can have time to spend with family and friends

Circle K Stopped selling caffeine-free Coke

I'm sure there must be a reason, but why did Circle K stop carrying caffeine-free Coke in its fountain drinks? I stopped by every day (sometimes twice) but since I can't have caffeine and there are no other sugar-free drinks now without caffeine, there is no reason to go there.

For those of us who can't have caffeine and want to avoid sugar, Circle K was the Go-To place and I live in a small town so there weren't a lot of options and I SO appreciated this option. The people who work in my local store are awesome and I will miss seeing them every day, but no reason to continue to go there now.

Desired outcome: Put caffeine-free Coke back in your fountain!

Circle K Rewards Program is not working for over 30 days

Visited numerous Circle K locations all with the same result: Earned rewards are not being redeemed at the register from the ck app. I have not been receiving any rewards for over a month.

Circle K Gas

Here in Oracle Arizona where we used to have two circle k's and plenty of gas for everyone including premium mid-range and regular gas... Now they closed one circle k and got rid of premium gas altogether and now there's only Diesel and 87 but that's not the real problem. Every single gas pump has been altered, all of The tamper tags are not attached, the credit card machines take your credit card and your PIN number but don't work and you have to go inside and pay and it's been like this for months and no one is taking care of it. There is no way to know if we are getting robbed or not by scales being off and there is only four pumps and over 5, 000 people so this creates arguments and fights when people need to run inside to pay. The same circle k has many issues and if it wasn't the only game in town I would say knock it over. I feel like I've been robbed every time I walk in the door but it's the only place to get anything in our town.

Manager leaves early everyday..his schedule is 6am-4pm..he leaves at 12 and then calls other employees in early..he literally doesnt do anything and is always taking days off..lazy as hell
