Circle K teller named kevin

I'm tired of going into your establishment and having to deal with a cashier whom is rude and inefficient.
His name is Kevin, he is working now .
I can be ok with bad service when the sales associates are nice however, I cannot tolerate rude customer relations when it is not busy . I've been a customer at your branch for over a year and have had positive interactions with all of your associates besides him. Do something! I've worked in customer service for over ten years and I've never treated anybody like he's treated me. If he doesn't want to be there you should let him go moreover, I realize it's the holidays and I hate to think anybody should lose this job during the season however, I 100% think he should be gone.

Circle K management

Management treats us so badly they don't even do anything but play on their phones.
I've been working there a couple months and everytime someone was actually sick management wouldn't care and just tell us to suck it up and come into work. And on top of all that the general manager only care about clocking out in time to go to happy hour every single night. They treat us like absolute trash and we work in a dangerous part people get left alone at night management doesn't care they will call the store drunk at the bar just to speak to us and if someone steals they just don't care the only time they actually make us do our job and clean the store from top to bottom is the big boss is coming in or if there is a inspection we don't get a lunch break they make us eat when we can and if a costumer comes in we have to stop eating because god forbid if they see us eating it's world war 3 at work I have some pretty great coworkers but it's management you have to worry about are guys bathroom is nasty no one wants to clean it because it's so gross the girls bathroom is the cleanest but people still go outside and pee on the side of the store also and no one cares and if you say you're gonna be late because you have excesive poop they still don't care even though it states in the rules we can't do it at work but who cares. All and all management sucks and we need a new management

Circle K terrible customer service

So on Tuesday December 10 I was trying to pump gas and the pump wasn't taking my card so I came inside and the cashier I think his name was Franklin he acted like he couldn't help me and I overheard Brittany say why wouldn't you help him and she walked outside with me and helped. Thank you to Brittany but Franklin the big tall fella was rude and acted like he didn't want to help me.

Circle K customer service

Cashier (Mike) circle k employee rudely complained about the amount of napkins I grabbed to go a long with my purchase, I assume I grabbed between 5&8 napkins to go a long with my purchase of a polar pop 2 snickers with almond butter and $5 on pump 4... Well (Mike) said what I assumed to be a horrible attempt to exchange the pleasantries of "small talk" with a bad joke when he said "you are aware I'm gonna have to charge you for all those napkins...!?!" I responded with since when is it in company policy to be so petty and show no concern for customer service? Mike then said well I can technically charge u 10cents a napkin I said in all means if nessicary please go a head and when does your manager come in? He then said at 6am and ripped the napkins out of my hands and I attempted to proceed with my purchase and told (Mike) I will be following up with his manager, well Mike then kicked me out of the store and stated he doesn't need to service spics or [censored]s

Which state does ck charge for napkins? I know in Colorado we charge for creamers at 10c each when not purchasing a cofefe using the creamer to go button but have never seen a option to charge for napkins.

Circle K customer relations and customer service

I received poor customer solution and service at this location. I visited this store and had my sister, trudy to purchase us 2 fountain drink. When my sister returned she has not been given a receipt for the purchase and she had a vitamin water which I could not drink because of an allergy to artifical sweetners. I asked to go back in and change the drink because it should not be a problem. I frequent you stores in other locations areound wilmington and in leland, north carolina. My sister, trudy returned to the store and explained the situation to the female cashier and was told after she poured out the drink that would have to purchase another drink. The male cashier standing there laughed and said, "who do you think we are?". He then left out the door for a cigarette break in front of the store. My sister went back in to purchase another drink. I told her to come on because that made no sense for me to purchase another drink and I had not even drank any of the 1st cup and I would not be returning to that store again. My sister returned to to car without the cup of just ice or anything so I went back into the store retreive what I purchased and to speak with a manager. The female cashier who previously told her to pay again and allowed the young man to be unprofessional and rude during the incident stated that she was the manager. I explained the reasoning for wanting to change the drink and she told me that each drink that comes out of the machine is inventory and she could not let me get another drink. I gave her the scenerio of a customer tasting a drink and pouring it out a getting another or one who would drink a cup there and then pay, so how can you inventory those drinks. She would only say we inventory all of the drinks that come out of the machine. What this manager did not know is that I was once a food service manager. I had worked in the restaurant and customer and client relations industry for over 30 years. I had purchased and done inventory on fountain drink syrup, supplies and food. I know that you cannot inventory each drink that comes out of the machine; you can
However inventory the cups, lids, straws and the whole box of syrup. I am a bit disappointed in how the young lady that told me she was the manager handled the situation, came up with a false statement and how she allowed an employee to be so unprofessional and rude to a customer while she was standing there.

Please have someone to look into giving the individuals at this location customer relations and customer service training.

Circle K donation box

I'm tired of going into this circle k and getting treated like crap every time I don't donate to them i have ask them several times to stop asking me it's embarrassing when I say no and their other customers behind me I have six kids I try to feed so I'm strapped for cash I go in Circle K two or three times a day I spend so much money a week on Circle K just to get treated like crap I have spoken to the manager he insists they have to ask which I don't believe cuz it's the only Circle K I have been to that ever asked me to donate every freaking time one employee told me they have to ask so the manager can you get a good vacation at the end of the year if they meet their quota I'm done with this Circle K crap donate to me and my kids I didn't think so..

Circle K reprehensible and unacceptable customer service

My husband was in the circle k Day dr/ Ames rd in parma this morning getting me a cup of coffee . We go to this gas station almost everyday for the coffee mostly. As he was checking out he called me at work then put the phone on the counter to continue his purchase. He asked for gas etc..then the female cashier (later to find out her name is "Daphne" or so she said) told my husband to"kick it outside ok?" I literally could not believe what I just heard! She was soliciting a customer to meet her outside in the parking lot?!? I asked my husband were my ears deceiving me? He said "No she always says inappropriate things and I pretend not to hear her & laugh awkwardly".At first I laughed too at how ridiculous.My job records my calls so my co workers and I listened and laughed about it.But as consumers we spend our money in an establishment and expect our family to be treated with respect.That was not respect nor have I ever heard anything so vulgar in a public business. What if our children were with him.? What if a neighbor or co worker heard such a proposition? I was shocked and absolutely appalled at the implications of this. This neighborhood place that we frequent almost everyday and spend our hard earned money in employs people this repugnant?! My husband was speechless and uncomfortable yet again because of "Daphnes" desperate overtures.Why should we feel awkward when we are the ones spending money here when we could easily take our business to one of the multitude of other gas stations where the company makes it a priority to have the staff that they hire conduct themselves like professionals with pride and decorum. I thought perhaps management should be made aware of the salacious behavior of their employee.i called and a woman named "Daphne" answered and when I asked for the manager she had me confused with apparently another incident that occurred throughout her shift and basically was telling that person never to come in there again. I told her she was confused because I was not in this afternoon and clarified I was calling regarding my husband coming in early this morning and an incident with the female at the register. She then says that was her and proceeds to tell me that she is the Manager!? Then I explained incident, she immediately got an attitude and she denied saying that.(she said she remembers him and described us both saying I know who you two are". That was a bit creepy.)When I told her that call was recorded she said she has video recording and said"oh we'll listen together"as she laughed and laughed and continued to speak in a very nasty tone to me.telling me shes been married for 14 yrs., that's she is Hispanic with glasses(i asked how is that even relevant?)She then says that my husband is not her type at all and groaned with disgust.Again I asked her how is that even relevant? She never played the video for me as she said.At this point already heard the pathetic proposition too many times and could tell from her deplorable demeanor that she was only going to sink further into the gutter. I had long since grown tired of her attitude and asked for her corporate number. She stalled and stalled and said she had to get it and asked someone else for it several times with long pauses in the interim.Wouldnt a manager have that number readily available to all patrons? Hmm i was left just waiting and waiting and each time I asked her for it I also made it a point to ask her again "And you are the Manager there? she refused to answer that question even though that was her claim when I asked to speak to the manager. Perhaps she forgot. If this is the type of "management"on site at that location then there truly is no way we will ever be going there or to any other Circle k again.If the management acts like this and treats paying customers as if we are in some ghetto corner store in the inner city I cant imagine they hold their employees to a higher standard.No thanks.My family and I work far to hard to be treated or spoken to in the most inappropriate unprofessional lewd manner we have ever experienced and trust me my husband would have worded this much more harshly as he doesnt mince words.He has been complaining about the environment at that location on Day dr/Ames rd for sometime now saying he always feels like hes in the hood in there and the cashiers are worse than the customers yelling and cursing and making inappropriate comments. I guess I wasnt giving much credence to it although I have heard the staff cursing and yelling but until i heard what I heard with my own ears today and far worse than her laughable desperate solictation was the immature nasty attitude and unprofessional rude demeanor of "Daphne".Absolutely unacceptable and an embarrassment to her employers..now I fully understand what hes been complaining about. My advice to all those that work hard and care where they spend their money...dont spend it at that circle k on Day dr. Its as Ghetto as it gets here in Parma.

Circle K service

Male worker continuously spoke on illegal drug use while assisting me with my purchases. Speaking to someone, about meeting for illegal purchase. He continuously addressed another male in the store while I purchased my goods. The service was impaired and rude and there was also a smell of marijuana at the time. It made me feel uncomfortable and refuse to continue to utilize this location.

Circle K poor service

I visited this store to buy a coffee mug and some coffee be I really like the new coffee machines circle k have invested in. However the mug I wanted the buy was in the incorrect spot which upset me first. Rep didn't apologize for the incorrect placing of product. Next I just decided to get a xl cup of coffee and hit the road. Please keep in mind I passed other stores just to get circle k coffee a mile out of my way to be exact. So as I made the coffee the rep looked at me make the coffee and when I looked to add sugar to my drink I don't see any. So I politely ask the rep ma'am may I have some sugar please. Rep replied "oh were out" now i'm really pissed. So I stated ma'am you let me make an entire cup of coffee knowing you had no sugar. She stated "well you don't have to buy it" no [censored] sherloc! I said I my head. I proceeded to the door contemplated knocking the coffee over so we both could be inconvenienced tonight and I stated it please get it together! She replied "good night!"

Circle K being double charged by store manager

The store manager Matt double charged me and yelled at me stating that I wasn't double charged when I tried to show him that he did. Said it didn't print off a receipt so I didn't pay and that I needed to pay again even though it was approved on my side. Claimed that it was just preauthorized sale procedure and wouldn't give me a refund when brought back to him a few days later and showed that it pulled out twice. Said he's always right and that we are wrong. I work hard for my money and just to be treated like I'm dumb and don't know what I'm talking about was so wrong. He needs to be fired and replaced. He's not giving that store a very good name. He barks and yells at them. Tells them they can't use the bathroom and all he does is fuss without helping. He is very rude and disrespectful. Lost my service completely along with my families. No veteran deserves to be treated like this. That Matt guy should be gone or demoted all the way down and be treated the way I was treated.

Circle K lack of ebt and customer service

The Circle K on W. Silver Springs Ave. In Ocala FL has been without EBT for 6-8 months. A couple of the workers are very rude/careless. They dont know how to stock or order stock. I was hoping it would change. And now there is bigger compatition by this store with a Wawa's and new Racetrack. You may want to do better with your store or just sell out.

They installed self check outs now the employees sit around and do nothing. The self serve hot food dispensers were completely empty at 1 in the afternoon. Seriously and the employee had register closed just sitting there watching selves serve

Circle K customer service complaint

B, Keyanna has very poor customer service skills. On 11-14-2019 I went into the store and had to wait 2-3 minutes to be checked out. Keyanna was chatting with one of the customers and saw me standing at the register and just ignored me. When I spoke up she had a nasty attitude. I notice she says hello to everyone that enters the store, but she won't speak to me. I confronted her about her attitude toward me and she just tried to argue. I may not be going to Circle K anymore because of her poor customer service.

Circle K racist manager

Im in your store almost daily since being built I can practically walk to it from where I live. This evening 11/19/19 at 6:16pm I bought sone Vanilla ice cream in a large drink cup and I put cherty slushie on top. I put the large size of $3.00 worth of ice cream and pay the additional 99cents for 1/2 slushie. The way I see it you're coming out on top. Ms Racist Sheena assumed I wasn't going to pay I guess. She treated me coldly when I mentioned about the carrot cake not being there often. She then went running to 2 other manager type of employees what she told them IDK but all 3 looked at me like I stole something. Granted. I was just walking to the register. Sheena asked me "Ma'am did you put ice cream in that cup?" I said yes I do it all the time and I pay for it all the time. Sheena was prancing around the store until I reached the register then conveniently started working at the other register to make sure that I paid for the ice cream which I did and bought pack of cigarettes as well. She jumped the gun assuming and I don't appreciate being treated like a dayuum criminal when I had and always do pay for what I get in that store. You all better train your employees to watch how they talk to folks and watch calling customers out embarrassing them for no reason at all.

Circle K customer service

I have been going to this location for the last 20 years. Most of the staff is fairly friendly. Employees come and go as in most industries. Recently there is one employee who refuses to assist me at the counter anymore. She always had before until I stopped in with my wife two days in a row. Which because of our schedules never happens. Not sure what her original motives were as I always wear a wedding ring. It has gotten to the point that she will go in the back when I enter the store even when she is the only one up front. Some how what ever lie she has created has been passed on to the assistant manager. Getting coffee yesterday morning (11/16/2019) for example. No one is in the store, grab coffee and approach the counter. The girl in question has her counter open and the other is closed. As I walk up the assistant manager says I will help you and removes the closed sign. Understanding this is some game this girl has created just makes you feel uneasy in a place that is right around the corner from my house that I have gone to for years. Sad that I feel I need to find somewhere else to take my business. This has been going on for a couple of months now. Its just unprofessional.

Circle K employee

Everytime I've come to this store, the employees are rude and there have been several times they have been on their cell phones and instead of waiting on me at the counter, they stay on their phones for a couple minutes while I am standing there. They even aknowledge that I'm there by saying hi, but continue on their phone, like today; the employee was also eating a sandwich while he was waiting on me, at the counter, so he was talking with his mouth full. I'm not looking for any freebies or anything, I just wanted to let the company know how disrespectful and lackluster some of their employees are. Thank you for your time!

Circle K circle k delivery truck driver

Hello there,

Yesterday, 12/11/2019 on my daily cycle from work, one of your truck drivers nearly ran me off the road. He was driving way to fast, overtook me with little space and forced me to pull in.. He ran a zebra crossing. I had to whistle at a pedestrian to not enter the road as your truck driver was speeding. Reg number 171-C-266. . I have all this on footage as I have a helmet cam. I will be submitting this footage to An Garda. . I have a wife and 2 kids and wish to be able to arrive home safe each day. Your driver was a disgrace.

Circle K night shift employee

I have manufacturer coupon from american spirit for $4.00 of a pack. Nowhere on there does it say 1 per transaction. I had wanted to buy 4 packs like I always do and use 4 coupons. I have never had a problem with any other employee or time of day doing this they always smile and do the transaction. The night shift employee at meridain and university in apache junction told me I could not do it, I tried to show him the coupons and he refused and said 1 at a time, so I told him ok 1 at a time, then he told me no. I wont do it, I asked why? He said I do not want to. I said excuse me, what did you say? He said I do not want to do it at all, and took the cigerettes from the counter. He was dressed in wrinkled cloths and looked like he just woke up from a nap. Hair was not combed. My mother works for your company. She has been a loyal employee for 35 years now. This is getting out of hand with employees not doing or just plain not wanting to do thier jobs.

I am not a complainer, however in this case this associate was clearly having some sort of bad day. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, however customer care should be on the front burner even then if you work with the public.
She did not acknowledge me just picked up my food items and rang them and kind of slung the box of pizza down. I am wAiting for her to let me know she has scanned eveRything she seemed bothered.
I asked if she had a bag everything could fit in she made a face and got bag still without saying anything. On top of that she licked her fingers to get the bag apart. Completely unsanitary in these days and times and especially touching someone's food Items. She did ask if I needed my receipt. I did solely want it so I could obtain her information.
She needs better customer service skills.
I come into this store often to pick a quick lunch and I have not seen her before that I recall.
Her demeanor and attitude was so noticeable that as I was walking off the 3rd customer in line pulled me aside to say similarly that this lady has an attitude.
As I was driving off this customer was coming out of the store shaking her head and we talked briefly about it. I did not know this person but what we had in common was this rude salesperson..

I will continue to visit this store because of convenience, not because of this customer service.

Circle K store clerk disrespectful and degrading

We stoped in to fill our gas and get a couple drinks and use the bathroom on nov. 3 at approximately 4:pm.. The bathrooms where locked. The clerk shantina or something similar said we could not use the bathroom because she had already cleaned them and wasnt going to clean them again we stated that it was a emergency she said she didnt care.. My wife ended up urinating on herself while we tried to locate another another bathroom... If these are the type of employees you hire then i'm going to let it be known circle k does not care about their customers and does not care about possible legal actions taken on them

Circle K store c.s. r. stephen

I am a store employee who stopped in on Sunday Nov. 3rd at about 3p.m. to buy a bottle of water (which was oit of stock) so I went to the restroom. When I came out I informed him the restroom was a mess, his response was "that's why you have a restroom at home". I told him he should lock it so no one else could use it in that condition not tell me to use it at home. He told me to leave the store and went into telling me I don't do any work when I'm on the clock and everyone complaints. I let him know that attitude is the reason 90% of the customers want to drag him into the parking lot. He has a very bad attitude with most of the customers (black) but thinks its ok because no one ever corrects him. He makes the store worse that it would normally be.
