The CSR at the register was on her phone when I walked up to the counter she did not acknowledge me for the first 45 seconds I was standing at the counter. She finally asked me what I wanted and I told her then she said what did you want I can't hear you. Because she had headphones in her ears. And was paying more attention to what was on her phone and not what was going on in the store.
