Today I pulled up to the drive up and was told there was a 7 minute wait. I said ok I'll come in. First of all I'm handicapped and walking is tough. I go in stand in line and then told they are out of white meat. there are a group of employees standing around looking like they don't know what to do.
You have great chicken and I'll drop $30.00 every time I go there but this is the last time. A brand new store, and this is customer service? Sorry but you lost me.

Claimed loss: Never got that far just time spent 4 times in a row. 0 loss

Desired outcome: IF something is not done soon your store is going to lose business. Would I go back? Sure, if the problems are rectified.
