Enough is enough...this Church's Chicken location has to be in the top 3 of worst places to eat or order out! First, the employees have NO and I mean NO customer service training. They are rude, ignorant, loud and obnoxious (do not properly represent the company & do not know how to respectfully treat the customer). The employees on duty when I've been inside to order were heard cursing and using slang loudly. Every time I have gone to this location (1318 S WW White Rd, SAT) to order chicken, I have been told they "don't have" a food item I'm trying to order [i.e., NO dark chicken, NO white chicken, NO okra, etc] OR the food is cold, over cooked OR undercooked...NO CHICKEN ARE YOU KIDDING ME! My drive thru customer service experience has been just as bad. I've also heard my family & friends comment on how poorly this Church's Chicken location is and it is a shame that MANAGEMEMT has not corrected the problems nor have FIRED the unproductive & unprofessional employees. I will no longer PATRONIZE the Church's Chicken on the eastside of San Antonio, Texas located at 1318 S. WW White Road!

It might be a bit of a drive, but the one on Gratiot and 696 in Roseville MI has good service, unbeatable chicken, and the stuff is freshly cooked and cheap too. You can also get a sack of White Castles for dessert if you want.

We order the 12 piece chicken tender meal. The tenders were not tender at all they all were hard and the biscuits were hard too. We also ordered corn and it was gummy. Please write me back at smoothamx@yahoo.com

Twice now I have eaten chicken from there the original, both times I vomited. This last time I wound up with red blotches all over my face. Will not eat there again. When I complained to them, they said "oh well not our problem".

Sorry, not to be rude but I hope you did not get chicken pocks, it is spreading up here like crazy because someone came back from a foreign country?!
