Chrysler review: Backordered rear differential - 3 months

Dealership in Odessa, MO has had our Jeep for almost a month, waiting on parts to be ordered and arrive. Now, being told it is on backorder and because I have higher mileage, I am #11 on a list to get them and the anticipated ship date is 1/5/26! What average family can survive with one vehicle and multiple working adults? No loaner, no offer for a rental for even a short amount of time. Suggested we rent a car on our own. Again, what average family can afford three months of a car rental? It has just been such a disappointing experience. We will never purchase another Chrysler product as long as we live. Such a disappointment from a small-town dealership and an "American" made company.

Desired outcome: Loaner car or rental until the back ordered part comes in.
