i ordered four chowfan, ask for additional chili, and add tofu, and the staff didn't do any of that.

the worst chowking service ever! 👎 CHOWKING MAIMPIS. The staff needs training, especially Jenny, the cashier. Lack of focus, and doesn't know the menu. This is your 3rd time👎 Chowking just lost one loyal customer! Galeng👏👍

Chowking reg coke, and service crew

recently i ate at chowking in starmall talisay cebu. it was around 1 or 2 pm. i ordered chaofan and reg coke. what i noticed was the staff was just slacking off doing chika2 and the counter was empty as if the store was closed. but my main issue was with my reg coke. when i went for a sip in my cup i noticed a dark plastic thing floating along with the ice i went back to the counter and informed the cashier. the cashier just took the cup away and gave me a new one no explanation at all what was floating in my drink. thats when i noticed that the machine for dispensing softdrinks was missing a nozzle and thats when i saw the staff just replaced the nozzle back. no explanation. no care. and it was like i was bothering her. really bad service

I patty sales my contact # is [protected] im from dasmarinas cavite, kumain kami sa tutuban mall chowking, this is my receipt # [protected] date : 12-11-2016 time: 18:56 receipt name : mario at ung cashier na npakasama ng ugali is euly ung nasa nameplate nya.

Ganito ang nangyare nagorder ako ng fc combo with ice tea, chocopao and cas regular good for 2, then nung nacompute na xa at ngtotal bill of 291, then ngsabi ako saknya na may happyplus ako, ngtanong sya sa other cashier kng nkakapagliad na ang sabi nung isang cashier di pa daw tpos biglang nag sabi ba naman na pabulong pero rinig na rinig q "ano ba yan icancel pa to" oh db npakagaspang ng ugali di ka bagay na cashier te kung ganyan ang trato nyo sa mga guest nyo, at ang nakakabwisit pa wala syang promise time sakin na minutes pala ang chicken so ngantay pa kami ng mga 7 to 10mins and my god bloody pa ung chicken wing na naibagay samin o diba nkakabiwisit, sana di na mangyre to sa ibang guest pano magiging value for money kng ganyan ang treat ng mga cashier sa guest. I hope my action plan kau for this matter. Thanks

wtf, sir! NO CHICKEN available during LUNCH TIME? [censored] [censored]! sabi ng cashier 18mnts? lunch time? i observed madaming nag walk out regarding for this matter na wlang available na manok! sa lunch time! at ung ibang customer nag mamadami. grabe naman thia time minsan lng kme mag chowking ng asawa ko tapus ganito lng maabotan namin! sayang ung binta kong ganun ung style ng production nyu!

Chowking cashier rudeness and dirty servings

I went to a chowking edsa taft (0173) this morning. My or # is [protected]. My first complain is that the cashier is so rude. I said "i porkchowfan takeout" the cashier replied "anong topping" i said none, she replied again in a rude manner "so walang softdrinks" then i said " db may kasama ung 59 pesos?" Then her face frown at me... its a very satisfactory service. Is that how you trained your employees?. I got my order after 5 minutes, i went back to the counter to ask for a chilli paste. A supervisor approched me fast and i was pleased at first that she respond to my request. When i opened the paper bag, the plastic cover of the chilli paste is very disgusting and have oils and soysauce at the top of the cover. Is that how you serve customers?

Chowking Incompetent branch manager

Incident happened last Dec.6, 2016 at 8.30am at Chowking Center Square Santolan Pasig Branch, where I've ordered two wanton mami, siopao and a juice for Php208.00, we where the only customer back then but it took 20 mins the order to come up after following it up for 2x. But when the wanton mami came it was cold as ice and immediately told the waiter about but the waiter insisted it was hot and I told him he try and taste it.The crew took our mami but told us it will take another couple of mins. to have our order serve again.That's when i look for the Branch manager(Bernard Tipay)while I'm trying to talk to the Branch manager he kept on turning his back at me which i told him not to do so, instead Mr.Tipay proceeded at the kitchen area (at the back) and did not return. I've asked the cashier(Ms. Happy) to call unto his manager because I'm filing a complaint.But the said manager did not show his face up. They keep on telling me that my order will be replace but I told them I want a refund of the food that i didn't consume.Hopefully this complaint will be look into and an action will be taken for incompetency and discourtesy towards customer. Attached is the receipt for reference.

Chowking chowing taytay

Chowking taytay, rizal branch (Near taytay municipal tiangge)

Mahaba po ang pila at maraming tao, pero iisang cash registry lang ang gumagana. Pinapila kami ng dalawang linya gamit ang iisang registry na may dalawang cashier. Matagal ako sa pila, siguro mga 10 mins din un.

12:10 ang nasa resibo namin na ang order ay 2 chowfan with toppings, pancit canton at pineapple juice.

Di ko na napansin ang oras nung una kasi napag usapan na ata namin lahat ng kasama ko ang dapat naming mapag usapan sa kakahintay.

Nag follow up ako sa mga dumadaang crew, oo lang sila ng oo at ung isa nag sungit na hindi man lang lumapit sa kitchen para magtanong.

Tapos dinaanan kami ng manager at natanong kung may kulang pa. Nakakainis lang kasi nakita nya namang wala pang laman ang table namin, magtatanong pa sya ng ganun. Pero wala pa ring dumating na order namin.

Napapansin ko na mag iisanng oras na pero wala pa rin ang inorder namin, naunahan na lang kami ng katabi naming 12:18 ang nasa resibo.

Nagtaka na ako at lumapit sa manager. Unang lapit ko sa kanya ay nagtanong sya sa kitchen kung may #123 (Number namin) syang nakuha, bumalik ako sa upuan namin at tinitingnan ko sya. Para bang walang nakuhang order slip ang kitchen. Pumunta sya sa registry at may ginawa at narinig naming pinapauna nya un.. Dala dala nya ang 2 pj, lumapit ako sa kanya at nagtanong.. "wala ung order namin ano?" wala syang sagot. Sabi ko sa knya, patanggap tanggap sila ng maraming order tapos hindi nila magawa ng maayos.

Nirefund ko ang order namin. Around 12:50 na un. Humingi naman ng pasensya ang manager pero nakakainis lang talaga na kailangang malaman ng management ng chowking para magawan ng kaukulang aksyon. Sa tagal ng inantay namin, wala rin naman pala kaming aasahan at ganun pa ung serbisyo nila.

Bago pa nga samin, may babae na nagrefund na rin. Parang may kung ano sa naserve sa kanya. Sinabing papalitan pero nirefund nya na lang at lumabas.

Sana may gawing aksyon dito para hindi na ulit mangyari sa iba. Pero sinisigurado ko po na hindi na kami babalik sa branch nyo na un.

Chowking rude cashier at sm bicutan

Nanghingi ako ng sawsawan para sa order na lauriat na golden chinese pork, then etong cashier na pinaghingian ko (Ruth ang name). Tumingin muna sakin ng matagal tpus biglang tanong na "ano bang inorder mo?", sinabi ko ung order ko. Then sumagot sya na "wala namang sawsaw yon" na may tonong nagtataray. Then maya onti nagtanong ng "ano bang sawsaw hanap mo?" then sinabi ko is ung soy souce then nangingisi at natatawa sya habang may kabulungan na crew na natatawa tawa rin. Sana oh huwag nyo naman ipafeel na bully kayong iilang mga crew at cashier jan sa smbicutan. Huwag dalhin ang pagkaskwating sa trabaho nyo. Napansin ko rin mahilig kayong magkwentuhan at magtawanan ng patago habang inoobserbahan nyo ung mga customer nyo. Nangttrip kayo na parang mga highschool students. Paki-ayos naman ethics sa trabaho nyo.

Chowking trainee cashier at julia vargas branch (9am)

Hello, I dropped by Chowking Julia Vargas brance (within Shell Station along C5) this morning to order one large milk tea and one choco pao that totaled Php 111.00 for my bill. I was supposed to pay via my Happy plus card which still had balance, but they told me that Happy plus was offline. I then paid by cash. Since I didn't have a smaller bill, I gave the cashier (which appeared to be a trainee, she was in white polo shirt and was assisted by another employee who was in the regular uniform) a 200-Peso bill and 11 Pesos in coins so that she can give me a change of a 100 bill. I was in a hurry because I was on my way to work, so when my order arrived I then left the store not able to realize that I didn't receive my Php 100 change yet. I work in BGC, Taguig so it's not easy for me to go back and get my 100 change. I know I forgot it due to being in a hurry, but I also know that if the cashier had not forgotten to give me my change in the first place, this wouldn't have happened. I know that if I go back there later after work, they may not believe me even if I tell them to check their CCTV cameras that I was not given my change. Please ensure this doesn't happen again with other trainee cashiers. Thanks, and I would really appreciate it.

Chowking service

this happened last night sa chowking mindanao ave. nakasimangot agad yung sa counter, nagsasabi palang kami ng order pinangungunahan na kami. so ang nangyari mali ang pinuched na order. instead na beef wonton, soup lang binigay. so binalik namin, yung manager wala man lang sinabi. kinuha lng ulit yung dapat order. then napakatagal, nag follow up pa kmi dun sa kapalit na order . tapos manager nagdala samin, nakasimangot na.then mali nanaman, lalo sumingangot yung manager. then umorder ulit ako halo halo. kako dun sa nasa counter penge extra milk. sabi okay daw then antagal nnmn dumating. nung dumating walang extra milk. pumunta ko sa counter, nanghingi ako milk, nagdabog yung nasa counter. sabi ko pabalik balik kami, bakit di maayos yung order. and then yung whole stay namin iniirapan kami nung manager. ni walng sorry, pasensya na kr etc.. eh kaya ganun mga crew eh kasi ganun din pala manager. manager pa umiirap. tsk..

Chowking everything in chowking sunshine mall, taguig city

Ang babastos ng mga crew ninyo! Nangiirap ng customer at wala man lng greetings! Wala pang kagana gana magassist! Nakasimangot pa! 7pm palang naman! One hour bago magsara pero mga uwing uwi na!
Ang tagal ng pagserve ng food! Kaya kami pumunta dun pra kumain! Hnd para tumambay! Kung hnd pa ipa-follow-up, hnd pa aasikasuhin!
Ang dumi ng place ninyo! Ang init pa! Ang iingay ng mga crew ninyo! Ang babastos! WORST!

Chowking late delivery (still waiting 1 hour after committed)

We've had late deliveries for 2 straight days and our order is just for 2 people. Yesterday, they committed a 30-min delivery TAT. The order arrived 30 minutes after (1 hour total). Today, they gave a 45-min TAT. It's over an hour already and we're still waiting. The call center and the store manager cannot even tell us where the rider is.

Not ordering from this restaurant again. We should not have ordered from there in the first place. We'll go with better options next time.

Chowking poor service - drive thru

This is not the first time happened to us, we always order in drive- thru and sadly the crews always forgot to complete our order. Yesterday - September 18, 2016 evening we ordered again when we got home we found out the 4 pc. soimai is missing. So very inconvinient to go back to the the store just to present all the order they were given to us and the reciept, take not we have wanton imagine that our soup was very cold already. And thats not the point WHAT'S THE STANDARD FOR THE RETURN AND COMPLAINING CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD NOT MAKE US FALL IN LINE AGAIN LIKE THE OTHER RECENT CUSTOMER..!

Chowking customer service (request for condiments)

Sept. 5, 2016 @ 11pm (Chowking redemptorist branch - beside baclaran church)

I am abby and i want to complain re: customer service that me and my boyfriend experienced a while ago at your chowking redemptorist branch (Baclaran).

We came from cavite pa po and we decided to have our dinner @ the said chowking branch (11pm) before we go home. Galing pa kami sa trabaho and for sure you know na by this time gutom na din kami thats why we decided na magdinner na para makapagpahinga na din agad pag-uwi.

We ordered chowfan w/ shanghai and chicken w/ rice and shanghai. Honestly i'm not a gravy lover and so i asked for your "vinegar" i did that everytime i'm at your store, i truly love the taste of your vinegar and in all fairness w/ all your branches never ko pang naexperience na hindi ako nabigyan or nagkaroon kayo ng limit on your condiments. But this time i had my terrible experience in your store where i felt insulted by one of your staff. Kailan pa ba kayo nagkaroon ng discrimination sa pagbibigay ng condiments nyo? Kailangan ko bang umorder ng mahal pa sa 200pesos para hindi nyo pagdamutan ng "vinegar"? If there's an extra charge for your condiments hindi ako magrereklamo at magbabayad ako ng maayos.

My bf requested for vinegar nilapitan nya pa ang staff nyo at hindi basta tinawag lang, maayos humingi ang bf ko sa kanya pero instead na bigyan ang bf ko he asked my bf "sir ano po bang order nyo?" natural na magtaka ang bf ko sa tanong nya, kailangan pa bang malaman nya ang order ng customer bago bigyan ng suka?... Nang malaman nya na shanghai at chicken ang order namin he told my bf that your vinegar is exclusive for your siomai only... Its just a matter of vinegar napakalaking abala ba o kawalan sa inyo? Sinabi ko na kung my extra charge i'll pay for it kasi ako naman ang nagrequest sa bf ko na ikuha ako ng suka..Ok na sana kung dun na lang natapos pero hindi pa din tumigil ang staff nyo kahit nakabalik na ang bf ko sa table namin, , , dumaan siya sa harap namin at lumingon kaya nagreact ang bf ko na titingin pa siya, pinigilan ko na ang bf ko at sinabing hayaan na ang staff nyo pero talagang nanadya ang staff nyo at dumaan uli sa amin, this time hindi lang siya dumaan kung hindi, timigil pa sa harap ng table namin at tinignan kung ano ang laman ng table namin o ano ang inorder namin, this time tumayo na ang bf ko dahil sa kabastusan ng staff nyo, , pinigilan ko ang bf ko for several times para hindi na patulan ang pa ang staff nyo dahil talagang nakakabastos ang ginawa nya sa amin... "it's just a matter of vinegar that i am talking about" pero ibang klaseng pambabastos at experience ang dinanas namin sa store nyo... Sinong customer nyo ang makakakain pa uli sa mga nangyari... Kung ibang tao to baka nasuntok na ang staff nyo, pasalamat pa siya at hindi siya sinuntok ng bf ko, pag kain ang pinaguusapan natin dito, gutom kami kaya kami umorder sa store nyo pero anong ginawa ng staff nyo? Kasisimula lang namin kumain ni hindi na kami nakakain pa at umalis na lang kami dahil wala din naman kaming nakuhang action from the branch manager... Umuwi kaming hindi na kumain at sobrang galit sa experience namin sa store nyo.

branch chowking sm marilao, ask ko lang bakit nag bebenta sila ng ticket ng promo opening ung free payong kung ubos na pala ung payong, 3 beses na kami pinababalik balik simula sept1, binayaran namin ung ticket tapos pinababalik balik lang kami bukas ng bukas, sana di kayo nag promo ng opening free umbrella ang mahal mahal pa 200pesos 3ticket pa binili ko tapos di ako makaka avail. paki ayos serbisyo nyo.

good evening po ako po si mary mayuki d. pacis na nag cocomplain sa chowking avenida branch. april 21, 2016 nag apply ako sa kanila bilang kahera ang nakausap ko at nag interview sa akin ay si sir NEHD at sabe niya po sa akin ay okay goodluck training mo starting tomorrow . binigyan niya po ako ng schedule april 22, 2016 10am-3pm and april 23, 2016 5pm-10pm nung nag start na po ako nang training firstday nakita ko po si sir DENNIS at kinausap niya ko sabe niya akyat ko na lang daw yung bag ko sa taas sa employees room. after nun pag baba ko tinuro nila sa akin si mam.KAYE PEREZ na RM ng avenida branch kinausap niya ko at tinawag niya si wilson one of the crew na mag tuturo sa akin pero nung mga oras na yun hindi niya ako naturuan dahil madameng customer so i accept that. kaya kinuha ako ni ashley para turuan niya ko tinuro niya sa akin yung mga product knowledge nila . biglang dumami ulit yung tao nila since hindi ko pa alam mag kaha at firstday ng training ko tumulong na lang po ako sa vendo at sa mga iseserve nila.at nung uuwi na po ako ako nagpaalam na ak sa kanila at kinausap ko po si sir DENNIS kung sure po ba na 5pm-10pm ako at sabe niya oo yun yung nakalagay dito kaso sabe ni KATE kahera nila may training daw sila ng 5-10pm kaya sabe ni sir.DENNIS sige 10-3pm ka na lang ulit bukas. second day ko na po ang manager in charge dun ay si sir dennis pa din po so same routine pa din kami pero nung medyo wala ng tao nag paalam si wilson kay sir.dennis na turuan niya ko sa pos nila sabe ni sir dennid sige kaya tinuruan ako ni wilson sa pos nila pero hindi namin yun natapos dahil dumagsa nanaman yung tao kaya ginawa ko tinulungan ko na lang sila sa dispatching area nila at sa vendo. at nung nakikita ko na paubos na yung water, ice tea, pineapple nila pumasok ako sa loob ng kitchen nila para mag tanong kung paano mag timpla ng ice tea at pineapple at ang nag turo po sa akin ay yung isang spes nila . at nag linis na din po ako sa counter area . at nung 3;10 na sabi nila mag out na daw ako so umakyat na ako sa employees room para hanapin si sir dennis at nung nakita ko siya sabe niya saglit lang daw mag usap kami at nung nag usap na kami ni sir dennis sabe niya sa akin so okay ka ba kaya mo ba hindi ka na ba mag backout ? sabi ko hindi na po sir. kaya ko naman po wala naman pong problema e kayang kaya after nun binigyan niya ako ng list of requirements and referral para sa medical ko sa global health sa pasay sabe niya sa akin dapat daw within this week makuha ko na lahat para makapag start na ako pag nakuha ko na daw lahat nung nsa requirements ko balik ako sa kanila para ipakita ko lahat yun at bibigyan nila ako ng referral ulit para naman makakuha ako ng atm sa metrobank so after nun umalis na ako at umuwe. pagtapos ng mga ilang araw nakahanapna po ako ng pera pangkuha ng requirements ko po april 28, 2016 umalis po ako nag punta ako sa global health diagnostic sa pasay para kumuha ng medical . at nung andun na po ako nakuhaan na ako ng lahat inaantay ko na lang po yung result nung medical ko may biglang nagtext sa akin around 1pm si mam.tapao na hindi daw ako pasado sa assessment. smpre tianung ko bakit mam. eh sabe sa akin ni sir dennis okay daw ako at bngyan na niya ko ng list ng requirements at nandito ako ngayun sa global inaantay ko na lang yung result nung medical ko. nung una po nahihiya pang sabhen sa akin kung anung dahilan kung bakit biglang naging ganun yung nangyari hanngang sa sinabi na rin po ni mam.tapao sa akin yung totoong dahilan. dahil daw po "mataba" ako. yun daw po yung sinabi na dahilan ni mam kaye perez.. tama po ba yung sinabi ni mam. perez na dahilan? dahil lang po sa mataba ako biglang ganun na, samantalang binigyan pa po nila ako ng list of requirements at referral so ibig sabihin po nun pasado ako at hindi hadlang ang pagiging mataba ko. april 23 tapos ko po ang training ko april 28 po kumuha ako requirements ni isang text po wala akong natatanggap galing ni isa sakanila umabot ng 5days bago nila sabihin yun, kung ang pagiging mataba ko ang dahilan kung bakit di nila ako dapat tanggapin dapat po last day of my training sinabi na nila sa akin yun. samantalang meron po silang kahera doon na mas mataba sa akin bakit yun po natanggap? at ako hindi? hindi makatao ang ginawa sa akin ng RM AVENIDA. diskriminasyon! e kung dumiretso po kaya ako sa DOLE. ng malaman niya ang ginagawa niya! at hindi ko po pinulot lang basta ang pera na ginastos ko para makakuha ng requirements! hiniram ko lang lahat ng yoon. ngayon kung ayaw nila ako talagang tanggapin ibalik nila ang nagastos ko sa pagkuha ng requiremnts ultimo ang candy na binili ko kasama nilang ibabalik sa akin. gusto ko silang makausap (Kaye Perez, Area Manager). sana po maaksyonan niyo po ito agad.. maraming salamat po.

Chowking poor service

Good day!

Incident happened last April 24, 2016 at Chowking Ali Mall transpired at 07:42pm. We ordered Chicken Lauriat and Pork chop Lauriat, suddenly the cashier said 15mins waiting time for Chicken lauriat meanwhile 7mins for Porkchop lauriat, so from then I changed my order to Pork Chop Lauriat and Lumpia Shanghai lauriat. We've waited for almost 20mins, if we did not do the follow-up they will not serve it immediately. In addition, no available iced tea and pineapple at the time. We also texted the cp # indicated at the receipt for feedback yet no response until now.

Chowking cashier

i am 5months pregnant resided just 5minutes away from chowking fuente.I crave for halo-halo the whole day, i planned to go to chowking just for halo-halo since morning but im not feeling well that day so i waited for my husband to come home and go there with him, my husband arrive around 5pm but i fell asleep.I woke up 9pm, i ate first then ask my husband to take me to chowking but he was tired so he told me to call for delivery instead, that was around 9:55pm when i called in and order for halo-halo;a lady answered and took my order so i asked few things like how much is the large (110)/regular size (80)of halo-halo, how much is the minimum for delivery, how much is the shopao(for my husband just to make it 200)the available shopao is bolabola (65).she asked me if its ok with me if they dont hàve leche flan for halo-halo, i said its fine, i first told her i want 2 large halo-halo then change it after 3-5 SECONDS to 1regular and 1 large halo-halo instead she said she already punched it but i told her to just change it coz i know that she can still have that order voided with her managers help, i heard her calling her manalllgers attention to void it so she can change my order then her manager told her that its already 10pm and she answered "pesti, dugay kaayo gud" (pesti is somewhat like a bad word in cebu)she kept saying it and putting the blame on me. i felt really bad about it, i really wanted to scold her and ask to speak to her manager, i even think of cancelling the whole order but i force myself to keep silent just to have that order done for my halo-halo's sake and also im thinking that she might do something wrong with my halo-halo if i ask to talk to her manager..i just felt really bad, extremely bad about her attitude when she said "pesti" while she was talking to her manager and her manager did not even stop her for saying that knowing that i am still on the line listening and waiting for them, i want there main office to do something about it coz that was horrible experience.i want her to be punished so she can realize and learn from her mistake..she deserve some deciplinary action as well as her manager..i was not able to get her full name thinking that i can get it through the receipt but no name was indicated on the receipt..i also tried to search for direct number to chowking main office to file a complaint but this is all i got and the facebook page.

Chowking rudeness of those workers and defective terminal of their happyplus card

To whom. It may concern,

 Good day! My name is cheryle dela cruz would like to file a complain regarding the rudeness I experience for these two workers ms. Chairman naval (cashier) and ms. Rosie barrameda (manager) who works at chowking walter mart pasong tamo last  october 3, 2014 at around 12:00-13:00.  also for the inconvenince that I always experience on your happy plus terminal at the same store. What happened is everytime I would like to eat at that store I need to go to jollibee to load my happy plus card for me to be able to pay them through my card because they could not process to add load, however they could transact if the card is loaded. The said date above I went first at jollibee store to reload that us why I have a balance of p257.42, then went back to chowking to buy some food, after I have provided my order the said cashier above my total order (one chicken lauriat drinks upgraded to ice tea plus one order for chicharap) is p224.00 she tap my card at the terminal and I saw stated at the terminal that it was declined, however when she try to tap it to their other terminal my balance is already deducted and only p33.42 left. The cashier said "eh wala naman kayong balance sa card nyo" I let her look at the receipt for the transaction I made at the jollibee then she replied again "kung may balance kayo may lalabas na resibo wala naman lumabas na resibo", without staring at the receipt I have presented for her to identify what happened because I believe she can certainly identify the time when I arrive at their store and the time I reloaded my card at jollibee. I have ask her "do you have any system to double check the transaction of my card", she escalated the issue to her manager ms. Rosie barrameda, she try to tap it again but the balance still the same, she told me "imposibleng magkamali yung system namin wala lang talaga kayong balance sa card nyo wala na kami ibang way para malaman yung transaction wala po kami computer para magbasa ng card nyo kundi yung terminal lang" then she make face. I was so embarass infront of many customer of what they did, to think that I dont have sleep yet came from work the night before that, then went to tmc for the result of my lab, that's why I decided to eat because my 3 year old son who was with me that day were both very hungry. The said manager escalated it again to ms. Mary grace ramos another manager at that store, she told me "mam lagi po akong nandito since morning puro madalas happy plus transaction namin wala naman po problema". Then she pause she let me explain what happen and we also went back to jollibee to confirm the transaction. Ms. Ramos is the only worker there who assisted me properly and provided respect also listen on my explanation at that store, while I am calling the happy plus hotline but I could not reach them through my portable phone, she also provided us the food we have ordered. But because of what happened I could not ate it I just let my son ate it because I am very worried with him. Ms. Ramos invited me at their office. I decided again to call happy plus hotline from their phone and I talked to ms. Dareen juanites and provided all the information while i'm crying she mentioned that it possible to happen. Ms. Juanites might feel pity on me that is why she escalated it immediately to her tl ms. Grace tulagan. I want to commend that two agent who back me up to the said store that it was possible to happen and they might be looking at the tools they need to use before they have provided an answer, because they were smart and very helpful to assist the cx who is in trouble, that is the time that ms. Ramos figured out that I am telling the truth. Ms. Ramos apologize and let me went with the food I ordered plus 300.00 gc.
     when I went home I told my friend who worked at dti bout what happen to me, she mntioned that the store should have had provided me the food for free and return my payment becuase they were unable to provide me the receipt upon purchase. Ms. Tulagan was able to view all the transaction i've made with my happy plus, but why the workers at the store didn't know that they could seek for help through its hotline, I will be the done who seek for way for them to identify everything. Beside that I dont have successful reload transaction at that said store. They made me so embarrased due to their rudeness and wasted my time that day. I have that night as well and due to that incident I experienced severe headache that is why I need to go back to the clinic for check up and I also need to undergo citiscan, that happened last monday october 6, 2014. It was so ridiculous that I have received that kind of treatment as a customer, that is why I am asking now for them to compensate all the wasted time, the embarrasment and the sickness I have gotten becayse of that incident.
