I went today at SM north edsa just to eat the chicken of chowking. At around 5:20, Jen (the name of the cashier that's on the receipt 'cause i haven't checked her nameplate) took my order. I ordered chicken lauriat for my boyfriend and 1 pc chicken for me. I've requested for a thigh part dahil un ung cravings ko as a 2 month pregnant, at un at un lang talaga ang pinunta namin sa sm. Pero wing and breast lang daw ang available, sabi ko I am more than willing to wait naman kahit 20 min para lang makuha ko at masatisfy ung cravings ko sa thigh part, but the cashier anwered "HINDI PA KASI THAWED UNG THIGH PART KAYA BREAST AND WING LANG ANG AVAILABLE", i was disappointed kasi un nga lang pinunta ko dun eh, dinayo pa namin ang sm para lang sa thigh part, so i ended up choosing wing part nalang since hindi ako kumakain ng breast part pero breast part pa din ang binigay nila nung nasa table na kami, naiirita na ako kasi ganoong service ang nakukuha ko, so my boyfriend ask them to change it nalang into wing part.
Sa drinks naman, since pregnant ako hindi ako pwede ng softdrinks, i ordered iced tea for the both of us. However, hinihingian niya ako ng additional 20pesos just to have the iced tea. Sabi ko andami kong kinakainan na chowking and kahapon lang kumain din ako ng chowking sa victory mall, pero bakit sila nagawa nilang bigyan ako ng regular iced tea eh regular lang naman ang order ko hindi medium eh smaantalang parehong system lang naman ang ginagamit nila, but Jen asnwered me " WALA PONG PUNCHING FOR REGULAR ICED TEA SAMIN", i was like PWEDE BA YUN? Sa iba meron tapos sakanila wala? Alam ko namang kailangan niyong mapataas yung sales ninyo, pero sana naman kung ayaw ng customer na igrab ung sinasabi niyo eh sana respetuhin nio dahil hindi lang ako isang beses kumain sa CK, it is one of my favorite fast food kaya alam ko kung anong service ang dapat na makuha ko. Now, if you guys get 1 disappointed customer each day dahil sa poor service niyo san kaya kayo pupulutin?

Yung thought lang pinuntahan lang talaga namin ung chowking Sm North para lang masatisfy ung cravings ng buntis tapos hindi niyo pa nameet yung expectations, sobrang NAKAKADISAPPOINT. Magsara nalang sana kayo kung ganyan kayo mag service sa mga customers ninyo. Pakitrain ngaayos yung mga crew ninyo kung pano sumagot at kung pano ngumiti at iwelcome man lang si customer, hindi ung nagtitake kayo ng order ng nakasimangot na para bang mas galit pa kayo sa customer.
