Chowking Bad attitude po ng isang delivery man niyo

I'm Marlene Bernal, order number ko po is [protected]. Irereklamo ko lang ho yung ugali po nung nagdeliver samin nung food. Nung tumawag po siya saken tapos nagtanong about sa address, sinagot ko naman sya ng maayos tas ang dami niya ng sinasabi. Kesyo matataas na daw yung mga house number dito sa kaypandan, eh dati na kong nagpapadeliver ayun yung address na ginagamit ko wala namang nanggaganyan sakin. Nahahanap naman nila agad yung location. Pero kung ano ano parin sinasabi niya, kaya para matapos lang sinabi ko na aabangan ko nalang sya, tas bigla niyang sinabi na ang gulo ko daw. Tama ba yon? Tapos pagdating dito, sinigawan pa ko na "ang layo naman ma'am, sabi niyo pabrika" eh likod naman talaga ng pabrika yung tapat namin. Sya pa yung galit talaga. Tas pinipilit niya na hindi daw 17 yung address namin. Gusto ko na nga ipakita yung meralco bill para lang masatisfy sya eh. Sya pa talaga yung galit. Tas pagkabigay niya ng foods, nagdabog pa. Dinabog yung cover ng carrier. Grabe. Hindi na nga marunong itrato ng tama yung customer nagdadabog pa. First time ko makaexperience ng ganito sa chowking delivery. Pakiaksyonan ho. Ipafollow up ko ho ito. Btw, pagdating nung products, yung drinks ho tapon tapon na.

Chowking delivery

Worse ever delivery worse customers service late an hour.. U must not put the time if you're going to deliver 5 people at the same time. And let the other wait for an hour or more worse ever. U just don't care just accept the online delivery but u don't EVER THINK THIS PEOPLE WHY THEY ORDER ONLINE. THINK. NOT U CANT EVEN CALL OR TEXT BEFOREHAND. U JUST CALL WHEN THE CUSTOMER ALREADY AGGREVIATED.

Chowking service

SHOUT OUT SA KFC QUEZON AVE CREW MITCH. Maiintindihan ko sana na snbi mong bawal kyong magbgay ng chili sauce sken, dhil kamo pang chowfan w siomai nlg ungchili sauce. Ang order ko is may ksmangchowfan w/ siomai then, HINANAP MO PA TALAG SAKEN UNG RESIBO. HELLO! KAINIS HA. KAKAPRASONGCHILI SAUCE HAHANAPAN MKO NG RESIBO EH SNBE NA NGANG MAY ORDER AKO NUN!

Chowking delivery service. kabihasnan branch. also incomplete order

The delivery service is very poor! The delivery man called that chowking is not allowed inside our village because they don't have any sticker he what he wanted me to do is PICK UP my order in the main gate. I mean what is the point of having my food deliverry service if i am going to drive my way to pick up what i ordered. Also the halo halo has no sugar, no pudding and no lecheflan. It's very bland. Never ordering in KABIHASNAN BRANCH EVERY AGAIN!

Chowking pork chao fan

10am at CK Tagaytay. I was starving for food and saw Chowking. I just want to eat Pork Chao Fan and I failed. Aside from I'm short-tempered, the cashier/chinese girl names Kate is sluggish of taking customer's order. I waited for a couple of minutes to fall in line and when my turn, another minutes to wait until I loss my temper and go out to store with hungriness and madness. Instead of a good positive vibes I shall feel it turn like a disappointing day :(

Chowking additional charge for chili sauce

I would like to complain the existing protocol regarding the chili sauce.
Condiments should be served or given to customers without additional charges, given that the requested quantity was reasonable, as it enhances the flavor of the foods. Chili sauce is considered one of the condiments offered in your restaurant. Controlling the dispensing of it would also imply that you are also controlling the taste preference of your customers and that would, I think, would greatly affect our choice of foods.

Chowking luriat shanghai.

Hi Chowking

I had just visited your place in sm san jose del monte and it came to my attention about the siomai. You use to serve 2 pcs of it. And i was shock when my order came to me and i had only one. It surprise me as I am craving for Luriat and in addition to it I am on a holiday here in the Philippines and it was one of my favorite place to eat. It just so sad that one of your staff when I ask him and he said that it is only 1 pc. If he explains further I would have understand more. But its so upsetting.

Chowking bad service

Exactly 1:27a.m.
I came to Chowking North Avenue Quezon City Branch beside caltex gasoline station.
I ordered 3 Large Milk tea then binigyan ko ng P1000.00 ung cashier then sinuklian ako without Receipt, i thought its printing... Matapos ang 15mins wala parin ang order ko and i noticed na mas nauna pa matapos at maiserved ang milk tea ng customer na kasunod ko.
Lumapit ako sa counter at nagtanong if O.K. naba yung Order ko kasi mas nauna pa yung 2nd customer na naserve-an ng milktea. Then binalik din sakin ng isang crew ang tanong ko then i decided to ask kung nasan ung manager on duty.
And Im so disappointed about the service specially the response of the Manager Ms.Kathy about my concern. Instead na iprepare at solusyonan agad ang Order ko She sarcasticly Asked and confronted me "if Umorder daw ba talaga ako." And "Sino at ano ang itchura ng Crew na nagassist sa akin." Me as a customer its not my obligation na tandaan at isa isahin at i prove na umorder ako. I do have change without receipt tho kaya nga nagsuggest ako sa manager na baka pwpwedeng tignan sa previous screen ng POS at CCTV para matapos na pero hindi daw pwepwede. kung hindi ko pa sinabi sa Manager na icucustomer sevice ko ang concern ko hindi pa nila agad ipreprepare ang Order ko hanggat hnd ko natatandaan ang itchura ng cashier na nag assist sakin.

Chowking poor service and wrong food

I ordered an chow fan with out veggies and then arhe cashier told me after 10minutes, I said its okay when I check my watch its 7:33pm so technically my food will serve at 7:43. When I notice its more than 10 minutes I ask the crew to follow up my order, he ask byt he never get back to me so I went to cashier and when I see the manager, I ask to follow up my order then he command the cashier to follow up after that the cashier gave me a chow fan.When im about to eat the chow fan I notice it was a wrong food, as I ordered a chow fan without a veggies but it has a veggies .Then I call the manager then I said it was a wrong food he said he will replace it .I refuse because it just a waste of time my its alreasy past 8pm my work time is 8:30 .Can someone fix it

Chowking super sangkap halo-halo

Hello there, I ordered 2 orders of halo halo at chowking fatima valenzuela, 1 milky white and 1 supersangkap. Just today, around 4:30-4:50. Nakakadisappoint lang, yung supersangkap wala man lang leche flan and yung ice cream hindi ube flavor. Sana man lang kung naubusan kayo inform niyo agad yung customer para hindi nag eexpect. Kahit saan talaga, wala na ngang customer, mali mali pa. Worst service ang chowking.

Chowking customer service

Good day!

To whom it may concern, I would like to make a complaint about your cashier, Thea. I was calling from my mobile number when I took my orders for lunch. Thea received my call and ask for what I want. As I was telling her the details of my address, she was very impatient in listening and in fact, shouting at me, in her replies. I work in a customer industry as well, and never did I shout or ignore our passengers. She has to know that in order to successfully perform her job, she has to have humility and respect. The next time I'll share a conversation with her again, I hope to notice any progress from her behavior. I am an avid customer of Chowking since I was a teenager and it has been a first time to encounter such a rude staff from your company which has been known for great product and service.

Chowking service/utensils/trays

Hi, been to chowking sta ana branch, just look at the photos ive attached. Look at the dirty trays they were serving, for sure it has a lot of microbes/germs in it. Also to mention the utensils that was not washed well there are a lot of food traces that has not been washed off (was not been able to take a picture my husband returned and changed it immediayely) Im concerned specially for the food you serve, maybe might not safe as well. Actually those observations goes with all of the your branches ive been to including in makati areas. I hope the management will do something on this. Your foods are good but pls prioritize clealiness and safetiness.

Chowking utensils

Hello! I'm emailing re: the use of plastic spoons and forks in your city mall tplex branch. I hope you go back to using metal spoons and forks rather than plastic utensils. I'm very concern with how your utensils are being disposed by the time it needs to be thrown out. I'm pretty sure you guys are concern of the environment as well. I know it may be time consuming to wash used utensils but in the long run you'll be able to help the environment land and sea and air. So pls take consideration in going back to the use of metal utensils. Thank you so much.

Chowking chowking sm center las piñas

Hi ordered
2- chow fan, and 1- yang chow and asked the cashier how long would it take, and she said it would be 10-15minutes for all the orders. About 10 minutes the chow fan arrived, but Yang chow took about 15 minutes more, my companions were already finished with their food, and I have many time followed up my order to the staff and lastly to the cashier. Finally my order arrived already in a take out bag. We'll i did not eat my order and just cancelled my order.

My other complains: no ice, no spoons, took so long to be cleaned. And also your branch their is very dirty, there were so many left over food on the floor, I think nobody bothered to clean it. I did not see the manager if there was any.

Incident happended on June 2, 2019, at about 8:15pm - 9:45pm.
Cashier's name was Gerlyn, the cashier was a little rude when I returned the order.

Definitely we will not come back at this branch, and I will also not recommend it to others.

Actually the late order happened I think 3-times already.

Chowking service to senior citizens

We ordered 4 small halo-halo and we expect to receive it in 15 minutes time. Yet received it 15 minutes longer than the anticipated time, considering i'm with my grandparents. They don't give senior citizen priority

In addition, they also let kids and peoples from outside to solicit inside the said restaurant. How? They lack security! They don't even have a security guard!

Chowking incomplete order!

So I initially ordered 3 pork chow fan with steamed siomai and a pearl milk tea at Chowking in Sm Marilao.
I waited 30minutes only for them to tell me that their pearl milk tea is not available. I was annoyed because they should've told me that in the first place instead of letting me wait 30 minutes before they informed me. I let it passed but then I got home only to discover that they gave me 3 orders of pork chow fan WITHOUT steamed siomai.
I'm so pissed off and annoyed. I paid and waited 30minutes for an incomplete order!
Very unprofessional and inconvenient! I will never order from their branch again.

Chowking late delivery and incomplete condiments

Chowking - Green Meadows branch did not deliver our order on-time. We've requested to have our food by 10AM, however the driver left the store by 10:05AM and we received the food by 10:30AM already. Also, majority of our ordered food were either steamed/fried Siomai (approx. 10 orders or more), apparently, 2 pcs. of Toyomansi were only given to us. I am very disappointed with the delivery and customer service we've got. Hope you can take action of this.

Chowking delivery

I waited past 1hour for our food, then i recieved a call from the rider na nsa store daw ulit sya kasi di nya makita address ko, ano walang mobile phone to contact the customer? At nag reason out pa nang "Mam di kasi nmin pwede dalin yung cellphonn. Babalik nalang po ako". Sana man lang naisip nyo kagad na tawagan ang customer to check yung exact location bago kayo umalis nang store kung hindi pwede dalin ang cp. Nsan amg concept nyo nang good customer service? The fact na food delivery kayo, meaning, people are starving and want to eat asap.
Ang pinaka worst, pagdat8ng nang driver, parqng ako pa may kasalanan, kasi daw di yung exact street ang binigay ko. 😠😠😠 Sorry ha, kasi lahat nang bills ko yan ang address, pero walang problema.
Kung may concern this company (chowking) sa mga gantong issue, baka sakaling makatulong ang reference na to. Please see attched picture

Chowking poor service

I ordered pork chao fan w/ fried siomai past 1PM via Grab Reward, dine-in. Inspite of several follow ups with a crew & 2 trainees, my order has not arrived. On my 4th follow up, I overheard the crews that my order has been on the counter for quite sometime & has not been delivered on my table. The food is already cold & served as "take-out" when in fact the order slip indicated that it should be "dine-in".

Chowking they made me wait for more than 20 mins just to find out my order was just sitting on the counter area

It happened yesterday may 29, 2019 around 7:50pm when I went to your imus nueno branch... I stated my order to the cashier and gave me the waiting or pending number 87 and I waited on the dining area ofcourse... Then I noticed parang mejo matagal ung order ko kse normally mga 10mins lng un or less parang max n nga ung 10mins until binigay sken ng crew ung order ko n 2 wanton mami then took my pending number sbi ko may 3 chowfan pko n inorder then nghintay ako mga 5mins p ata until tumayo ako and ng follow up s cashier tapos ung cashier she checked ung paper bag don s may malapit s lagayan ng siopao then she said n un dw ung order ko and she noticed n ung nakalagay n number s paper bag eh number 12 while ung akin eh number 87... Then she said n sorry dw kse ngkamali then I told her n ang tagal ko nghintay s dining area tapos ung order ko was just sitting on the counter area and kung hnd pko lumapit eh hnd ko pa malalaman n ok n pala ung order ko... Ng sorry nmn xa and said n hnd dw nya alam kung bakit ganon ung ngyri then I asked her just to call her manager then ung manager named jerrah approached me and same as her crew ng sorry and said n hnd na mauulit dw un... Nung una sbi ko I dont want to make a big deal out of it pero when I saw that it seems like shes not even interested s pg ccomplain ko mejo nainis nako and I said n ano gagawin nila don eh ang tagal ko ng nghhntay don for me every minute counts and may nghhintay n pwd and a 9year old kid s bahay... Kaya ngako umorder nlng s chowking kse para mapabilis nlng kse ung mga nghhntay sken eh gutom na tapos gnon lng pala mngyyri nghintay ako ng matagal dahil lng s neglegence or pggng incompetent nung kung cno mang ngkamali don... At isa pa ung manner nung manager n para lng dn ako nkpg usap s crew n halos wala akong nfeel n sympathy and assurance n mggng ok ang lahat parang hnd xa manager at all or rather baka nmn pagod n xa s work nya and she needed to rest s bahay nya and don nlng xa... Sbi nya sken aalamin nya kung cno ung may kasalanan non and will give me a feedback (I was the one who insisted for her to give me a feedback) then I gave my number to her... But umaga na at wala akong nakuhang feedback sknya... Cguro nmn bago nag out ung mga crew nya don eh nakakuha n xa ng info kung cno ung nglagay nung maling number n yon dba? Pero wala it seems like hnd nyako sineryoso at all... Maybe because I was wearing pambahay lng and hnd mukang sosyal kanina kaya hnd nyako cneryoso and she just gave me those lame promises just to shut me up? Well I guess shes wrong kse customer service kayo and she should know how to handle that kind of situation with assuring statement to make the customer feel n important kami hnd ung paulit ulit n sorry n ngng cliche nlng kse nga paulit ulit nlng and mukang hnd nmn xa sincere... I know n hnd n mababalik ung nasayang kong oras kanina but I want some resolutions... Cguro kailangan mg undergo s training ulit ung crews nyo and jerrah the manager para next time hnd mfeel ng customers nyo n wala kyong pakealam s oras nmen...
