This company is not responsive to their customers. I started a furnace claim in Nov. 2024 and it is still not resolved. Their contractor took parts from my unit, jimmy-rigged the system and left it inoperable. In June, they allowed me to use a local contractor who told me the furnace could not be diagnosed because of the missing parts and that it was left in a fire hazard situation. In August, I allowed my warranty expire due to their poor service and now they refuse to reimburse me for the service call. I would no recommend this company.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of service fee and money towards the purchase of a new furnace.
