We purchased a policy on July 15, 2025, and at the end of August, 2025, our hot water heater started leaking, and we put in a claim.
An inspector was sent out at the beginning of September, and he found the leak and said that they (Home Choice) should put in a new water heater. We received a denial letter stating that it was a pre-existing condition, which it was not. We've argued numerous times without any satisfaction, with Home Choice stating it was a pre-existing condition.
