Chick-fil-A review: substandard food

Purchased a breakfast burrito meal on Friday, Jan. 17 at the aforementioned store.

Got back to work and found they didn't put in my hash browns, and the tortilla was so stale and hard I almost (literally) broke a tooth. They also overfilled my soft drink, so I had to deal with that in my car.

This is not the first time I've been short-changed at this Chick-fil-a. If this is the state of your service, then I'll go elsewhere.
