Chick-fil-A Was not given food order

On 6/9/2023 at 4:40, I placed a drive-through order and paid with Apple Cash. My son attempted to remove one item from the order because the Apple Cash balance was $45 and the total was $49. However, the employee cancelled the entire order, stating that they could only accept another form of payment. The $45 from my Apple Cash was deducted. I requested to speak to the manager, Maria, but she was unhelpful and showed no concern. I explained that now my children would not have a meal, as that was the only money I had for their food. Instead of offering a solution, she told me to figure it out on my own. I rarely complain, but this situation is ridiculous. I didn't receive my food, and I am unsure if I will receive a refund.

Chick-fil-A Food received from the commack store 11725

Hello,

I ordered two market salads with chicken strips. I was charged $26 with a medium waffle French frie. I live 20 min away I got home and both don’t have chicken on them? I looked online and you can’t get the market salad without a chicken option. I had to order from DoorDash to get my wife food to go to the hospital(nurse). He can verify that by my address and I can send you the receipt. I don’t have the time or energy to drive there and back. I have pictures of the salad without chicken too.

Chick-fil-A Charged for a drink not ordered Rip off! TOO much agravation

I have been eating at Chick fil a for years. You have always offered a complementary drink to seniors. Today I waited a long time and went to the Chick fil a in Paradise Valley at Tatum and Cactus. I went thru the drive thru and gave Jenni my order and asked her for my free Senior ice tea. She said they don't offer it any more. So I did not order a drink. After I went to the drive thru she had just tacked on $2.85 and put the drink on my order. I had to go thru the line again wait even longer and waste more time. I called several other Chick fil a restaurants and they ALL offer a complimentary Senior Drink. I am so disappointed in your company. Chick-fil-A Drive through

I was in the Addison Place Chick-fil-a and ordered some food to take home to my children for dinner. I got about 5 miles away, when, luckily, I got into some of the fries and noticed that there was food missing from my order. I drove all the way back through rush hour traffic, to get the missing food. However, when I told a clerk what happened, the manager told her, "I gave her two bags, just let her have it" like I was trying to swindle free food. I work hard and don't need some manager, that wouldn't talk to me, acting like I'm trying to cheat. The irony is that a woman behind me, also went through the drive thru and had missing items in her bag. Neither of us received a receipt. My order was confirmed twice before I picked it up, but the people filling the food orders could not get it right, and had me very upset when I tried to get the food I had already paid for. Even though I love Chick-fil-A, I will not be back.

Chick-fil-A Please reconsider proper Sabbath worship

We see your "new motto" is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This saddens us, as it is simply pandering to pressure. We are, as believers, to be a set apart people - in this world but not of it. The One True God says in Isaiah 1:12 "When you come to appear before me, who required of you this trampling of my courts? 13 Bring no more vain offerings; (your) incense is an abomination to me. (Your) new moon(s) and Sabbath(s) and the calling of convocations - I cannot endure iniquity and solemn assembly. 14 Your new moons and appointed feasts my soul hates; they are a burden to me; I am weary of bearing them. 15 When you spread out your hands (to pray), I will hide my eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not listen; your hands are full of blood. 16 Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil, 17 learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause." God mentions we are to keep His Sabbaths 20 or 30 times before this Scripture. He never changes. His Sabbath is the 7th Day, not the 1st. Please prayerfully reconsider. Chick-fil-A Things I am hearing about your company

It is being reported that you have hired a VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and are now going to be celebrating LGBTQ Pride Month. I believe this will be your downfall if this is correct. We will no longer support your restaurant if these things come to pass and you will likely end up with losses similar to Bud Light. Last I heard they had lost 28 billion dollars. The Christian community will not support a LGBTQ Pride Month decision.

Desired outcome: That this information is incorrect or that the company will reconsider this decision if it has been made.

Chick-fil-A Chicken nuggets

Last Tuesday I stopped for some chicken nuggets I got the deep fried ones. Big mistake I have been sick since then with extreme waves of painful gas and pain and tenderness in my lower abdomen! Not sure why. I don’t normally eat fried foods but today it seems to be letting up about 90 % clear but boy it was so painful I almost went to ER. I have seen on videos that you’re proud contains a lot of chemicals not sure it’s true but I won’t be coming back there ever again.

Chick-fil-A Poor service

Om may 4th at 730pm I went through the drive through on northlake blvd. Palm beach gardens. The server was yawning in my face. Then I drove all the way home and no chicken sandwich. Had to return restaurant after several calls not answered. I went in and they did give me another one after they saw how upset I was. Ridiculously the price of gas I would have to return. I never got one call from the management. No one! Will not use this chain again.

Chick-fil-A Chicken noodle soup

Chick-fil-A store #2047, Brownsville, Texas, Manager Tony Almanza

I went thru the drive thru on Thursday, May 4 at approximately 12:45pm and ordered a medium fry and large chicken noodle soup for lunch. Went home and as soon as I opened the chicken noodle soup container, I could smell a foul smell coming from the soup. I did consume about 2 spoonfuls of the soup. This was all I had bought for lunch and thought it could just be me and opted to taste it too. It was spoiled. I did return it to the store referenced above, I was given a refund, order #4623513. The manager asked if I would like another soup or anything else but at this point my stomach was too upset and nauseous. I declined the offer. I wanted to send this for your knowledge and for my records in case medical attention becomes necessary.

Chick-fil-A Wait time/ service from manager-poor service

I placed an order for delivery at 10:47am and was given an expected delivery time of 12:01-12:16. I'd called the South Clack location at 12:09 to get a status and was told that my order was in route. I'd called back again at 12:21 because I had STILL YET to receive my order! When I'd called the first time and spoke with the manager who you would think would be more understanding and sympathetic, he's simply stated "yeah there are several people who have been waiting!" like WOW! Ok! I spoke to Jon-lueke (not sure if that is spelled correctly) but he did not seem to care at all! I waited for over an hour just to have to cancel my order, place an order with someone else, and STILL wait an additional 30 minutes for that order, but due to the poor service I received, I cared less about making myself wait another 30 minutes! After dealing with Jon and waiting forever I'd completely lost my appetite for a CHIK FIL A SALAD! THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE STAR THAT I COULD GIVE FOR A RATING! THIS WAS A COMPLETE ZERO!

Chick-fil-A Food and customer service

Today is April 12/23 it was around lunchtime 12 o’clock. I ordered food online when I went up to the drive-through two men that were out on the line were wonderful and very polite as far as the other people which was three other women, one that confirmed my order the other two were bringing out food orders I got passed up a couple of times I got to the window and still food orders were being sent to cars in back of me I finally got my food by. I think a supervisor that was supervising the outside people and she wasn’t very nice. She didn’t say thank you or how are you or my pleasure? Instead, she complain, saying that food was being sent out of order I heard her say this to a car in front of me, I don’t think that was very professional and I’ve never seen a disorganized. Chick-fil-A is much is the one in pleasant prairie wisconsin every Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to have been very professional, but not this one. This is very sad. when I didn’t receive my food, everything was cold the people that were outdoors, except for the two boys that they originally took the orders are professional. The other 3 girls were not professional or helpful

Desired outcome: Have my food served hot and not messy have chick fil a box less greasy and go back to being nice and professional especially supervisor that is outside training or helping

Chick-fil-A My order took 20 minutes , my lunch break is 30 mins. I had to get a refund waste of my unpaid lunch break.

I only had 9 mins left of my lunch break refund ticket Check #6653 4/4/23 at 3:38 survey code : [protected] . Refund 21minutes later. We are not paid for our lunches.

No sorry.

The person who took my order confirmed how long l have been waiting.

Chick-fil-A expired food in the kitchen and workplace bullying

I am recently retiring from working for CFA dumfries 03185

In this store you constantly see the traps that the kitchen director Hector Sica and Carlos Torres make to force us to change the expired chicken stickers every morning so that everyone believes that it is fresh chicken that they are selling, they do not comply with the measures of food safety all for saving labor cost, breaders touch everything dressed in yellow.

None of this can be reported to superiors because they are always threatening to fire you or take away work hours. Hector Sica and Carlos Torres always insinuate on us asking for sex in exchange for work benefits or a higher-ranking shirt. I hope my complaint is read or heard and investigate these sick stalkers

Chick-fil-A Drive thru ordering.

I had stopped by your restaurant in Chattanooga sopping center located at 12301 Chattanooga plaza Midlothian Va at 1:35 3/25. While in the the lane to order we can’t see the posted menu. We asked to see a menu and not one of these order takers had a menu to offer us. We had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring a menu.

We placed the order. While waiting for them to provide our orders others were given their orders and we were still waiting. It took us about 20 minutes to get the order.

Desired outcome: I would first like to see Chic fil a correct this by having all order takers a menu to offer your customers. We were late to our destination. A couple of free coupons to offset the the situation.

Chick-fil-A Order

I just visited your Wilkes Barre, PA location placed my order when I was told the total I knew something wasn't right. When I got to the window to pay and pick up my order the nice gentleman went over my order which was wrong. He apologized and retook my order I paid and was told to wait in the VIP lot. My order was brought to my car and I was told everything was correct. When I got back to my office the one person ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal which was on my receipt but was given 3 chicken nuggets. When I called the restaurant I was told I had to bring the food and the receipt back. Impossible we are only given a certain amount of time for lunch and it is a 20 minute drive one way. This is unacceptable and a poor way to do business. The woman who answered the phone said she was a manager and was rude and not helpful at all. If this is the kind of people that you hire myself and my business which I work for will go elsewhere. my order number was 2352900 transaction number 2352900 order date 3/7/2023 12:02 pm my e mail is [protected]@gmail.com I would like some kind of response as to how this is going to be handled.

Chick-fil-A Customer service

I stopped by Chick-Fil- on my way to work this morning. I ordered the 4 count chicken minis and a Cobb salad. While still at the drive thru window, I checked my bag and the minis were not in the bag. My husband told the cashier, he first asked to see the receipt which was fine, I'm sure he wanted to see if I had actually paid for the minis. After checking the receipt, he asked if he could see my bag. He insinuated that I was lying about not getting the minis. This was very offensive to me. I patronize Chick-Fil-A regularly and this was very insulting.

I called back within 5 minutes of leaving and asked for the manager. I didn't get his name, but I expressed my dissatisfaction. His response was very

lackadaisical, without a real apology. I've always said Chick-Fil-A is top notch in customer service, but today that was not the case.

Chick-fil-A Waffle fries

We always ask to have our fries crispy. This has never been a problem or an issue. Tonight, 12/20/22, at 6:30pm, at the Gallatin Pike restaurant, at Rivergate mall, we were told "we can't do that". Why is it that this store can't leave our fries in the grease 2 or 3 minutes longer when every other chik fil a can? I'm currently eating some wonderful nuggets with crappy, soggy fries.

Chick-fil-A Overall service!

Greetings, I ordered in the drive thru. I gave my name and specifically told him no cheese. I stop by this location at least 2 or 3 times a week. I order the same thing every time. For some reason this morning, I get to work open my meal and cheese is on it. I cannot eat CHEESE! I called the store 3 times. First time I couldn't get anyone, 2nd time a black female put me on hold never came back. After holding for 10 mins, I hung up. I called back immediately, someone named Aaliyah answered told me the manager said she came to the phone, but I never said anything. If that was the case, why did I have to disconnect the call and call back? However, I asked for the manager's name she has told me Latoya. I asked to speak with Latoya, she (Aaliyah) said Latoya is on a 30-minute break. I said, at 8:30? Who is in charge? Aaliyah said she is the supervisor. I asked her, why didn't you tell me you are in charge? I told her what my compliant was and that I wanted my money back because I spent $8.31 on a meal I can't eat. This location has two of the most unprofessional incompetents lying managers I have ever had to attempt to communicate with. Neither one of them showed compassion or empathy for my concerns. It seemed like they are inexperienced to be members of management in the customer service field. I did not receive a receipt either!

Chick-fil-A Service

Hello,

There is a Chic fil-a store located walking distance from my home on Atlantic Ave. and 33rd street in Long beach, Calif.

I was excited when they opened up, but my experience with that location has been disappointing.

When they first opened up, I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. When I received my order, the fries were cold. I let that pass because they were new, and I assumed they were trying to

adjust / train.

The next time I went I ordered a sandwich with extra pickles, and I received no pickles at all.

The last time I went I ordered biscuit sandwich and requested honey. I received no honey.

I hate that I have to drive to other locations to get decent service. I feel that this location does not reflect the brand on Chick fil-a, and that is why I'm writing you . Hopefully they can get it together soon.

Chick-fil-A Dog in store

Do you allow dogs in your stores ?

I just went to a chick-fil-A in Brownsville Tx.

Location is 2150 Ruben Torres Brownsville texas

A costumer went to this location on 11-18-22 around 12:40 pm with a dog, it was not a service dog or police dog, it was a regular dog.

The manager was advised by another employee and he said it was ok.

Is that ok to have a dog inside the restaurant?
