Chevron review: Gasoline

I just got gas for my car which was $15 and when I got in my car and started it my gas gage didn't even go up one bar, I told the attendant and he just said, the gas was just running slow but it still was given to me and my car. I looked at my mile range and it didn't change either, so I went to Valero in Universal City because San Antonio is known for this I've noticed recently, because I've been filling up at different stations to see, so I put $5 In my tank and my gas gage finally goes up like 3 bars,and my range says 75 miles. I have a little fuel efficient car so I know what $5 is supposed to do. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, AND I AM TIRED OF WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON GAS, JUST TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF OVER HALF OF THE GAS I PURCHASED. I am seeking some help with this matter, like my $15 back and reporting these stations to the state of Texas or even higher government officials. This is getting to be annoying, frustrating, and very ridiculous.
