    This was my 2nd time going to this resturant, I thought my 1st was just a clinch with the system, however when I went again last night, the drive through speakers went not working, after sitting in line waiting I decided to back out and go inside.
    I was told by the staff that the battery had went dead in the headseat and told them that how was I supposeed to know that when bo sign had been posted outside.
    I tried to order spicy chicken but was told the wait would be another 8-10 minutes, mind you I had just sit in my car with the car running burning up my 3.50 per gallon gas, so I decided to go with the mild as I had just gotten off work and wanted to go home and eat dinner.
    The staff was rude and I will NEVER go there again.

    07/13/08, 18:44, Pump#07: Gas is at $4.71, and I'm noticing that the pump is registering more gas than I think I need. I click off and pull out the nozzle. Gas overflows out of my car, and gas is spewing out of the nozzle at full force. I flip up the lever at the pump, and it stops. The attendant insisted there's nothing defective about the shutoff mechanism--he says I just didn't put it in correctly. But the nozzle should stop when clicked off, and it did not. I probably paid for an extra gallon of gas. I am livid, but don't know where to go to register an effective complaint. Perhaps this is a start.

    I have one even better. I bought 20 gallons of premium on August 4, 2008 at the Chevron in West Palm Beach (1755 North Congress Avenue). My brand new BMW 750il broke down 3 miles later. A large presence of oil was found in my gas tank.

    The state came in and found the same thing at the gas station. TAINTED gas. Mohammed, the station owner, told me to sue him.

    Car in shop for past 4 days. $2, 000 in repairs so far. Orlando residents report the same thing with 70 pumps there.

    I was filling up on 10/4/2008 about 5- 5:30pm. The pumps didn't shut off it just kept pumping. I went in to speak with the guy work at the store and advised him that he has a gas on the ground, and that he might want to put something down. I also advised him that the shut offs are not working, he said that he has spoken with the owner and he was told that the county had came and removed all the shut offs from there pumps. Per the "COUNTY" they are not to have em. shut offs on the pumps. Can someone look into this, and advise me if this is true?

    Last year Chevron shortened terms of credit card from 21 days to 14 days in order to avoid finance charges. They received the last payment on a Monday with the due Date the day before on a Sunday. They posted payment on Monday and submitted late and finance charges of $60.00 on a $500 balance. When called they refused to waive the late and interest charges. This is a complete ripoff. We have been customers of theirs for over 10 years.

    Watch out. Also they charge you a $5.00 for receiving your statement via mail. If you receive by email it is waived. Another ripoff.

I have already been scammed by something in nigeria before... remember everyone, if it sounds fishy, IT IS!!!

    We have had card for 20 plus years, first time i forgot to send payment. no first time consideration... for a measly 15 dollar late fee. I paid them a extra penny so they will have to mail me a check for a penny and I closed the account. Shredded card..

    My husband and I stopped at this station for gas. The restrooms are located in a separate building with the car wash at the back of the property. When I entered the women's room I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Graffiti on the walls, tile pulled from the wall and floor and nasty toilet and filthy floor. The man at the counter told me that they paid someone "to clean". I noticed before we left that he locked the door to the restroom. This is a health hazard.

    My complaint is that why does Chevron have their G.E. finance group call you about a monthly payment that was refused by your bank when in fact my bank statement shows that the electronic payment was made on time. Chevron tacks on a $ 30 dollar late charge each time this takes place and refuses to remove the charge. If the error is made why don't they remove the late charges. This has now happened a couple of times to me and heaven knows who else.

    I have recently have had several scam set headed my way and if any of them were real i would never have the need for any money again but this one sure looked real i'm so glad my spam pick it up and i could put it where it belongs in the trash. where do these people get off using reputable companies with good standings . and then scam other out of there money. i sure hope when these people are caught your company and others like you can maybe get some kind of legal justice. thank you charlene

    Today, 12/21/09 at 17:21 I asked my daughter to go inside the store and pay $20 towards pump#12. The location of the gas station is Angels2 9902 Emmett Lowry Texas City, TX. I then proceeded to pump gas into my vehicle. When the pump stopped at $17.18 I went inside to ask for change back. The attendant (Amanda) stated that the screen was broken and that I had indeed received the correct amount of gas. I asked her how could I ascertain that I did indeed receive the amount I paid for, if the screen was broken and why did she did not inform me beforehand. She stated that, had I gone in personally, she would have told me, thus confirming the fact that she was well aware that the pump is not showing the correct amounts. When I informed her that I am pretty sure that it is against the law to dispense gas without a way for the consumer to assure her/himself that the correct amount was dispensed, she was very rude and told me that she is sure that I got the correct amount of gas, and pointed to the purchase receipt as proof. I also called the gas station's number at [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting. The man I spoke to refused to identify himself. He stated that he was also aware of the fact that the display for the pump was not correct and when I asked him why he did not inform customers about this situation he became quite confrontational. I feel that they should not have been selling gas out of this particular pump since they knew beforehand that the pump's screen is not showing the correct amount. I was treated very rudely for pointing out my right to know that I received what I paid for. I would like to know if there is an agency that regulates this kind of behavior.

    INJUSTICE BEING DONE TO THE GRADUATE OF NIGER DELTA
    It is now a known fact that most of the oil companies in Niger Delta are not employing the graduates from that region as it is surpose to be.
    Besides, most of the contractors serving under this companies are employing primary school leaving certificate, senior secondary school certificate people and some are not having certificate.
    These contractors are not paying the workers the money they are surpose to get. How can nigeria grow with such injustice perpetrated by the oil companies and their contractors.
    Please sir, try to use your good office to stop this injustice being done to the graduates of nigeria.

    On November 3, 2010 I used Visa card to pay at the pump (at a Chevron gas station in Federal Way, WA, with plus grade) and began to fill up and soon realized that there was no pressure and no gas being dispensed/pumped into my tank. I was charged $4.10 ... not tons of money, but money is money, and this is fishy. I immediately went inside and told the woman behind the counter of the issue and she said if nothing actually pumped then my card would not be charged. This WAS NOT the case. My bank account reflects the $4.10 charge and I am not sure what to do to rectify the matter. I tried calling the gas station itself and was unable to communicate with the employee due to a language barrier. I cannot find a location on Chevron's website where I can contact them to address the matter and file a complaint. I have wondered a few times in the past if Chevron rigs their pumps so that the amount of gas is actually less than what you have paid for - especially if you've paid cash inside, as the last $2-3 or so often don't appear to pump the full amount of gasoline. I will not return to a Chevron.

    my card will not work at the pump i don' need to go inside. the manager said i use it to much. i ride 4 wheelers n summer and snowmobiles in winter. my card works every where else. i asked her to do something and she said she could not. please don't come back. thats fine ill take my business to maverik. there always nice and my card works at the pump. i guess chevron don't need my 91 octane business. about 100 gallons a week on a slow week .

    The pump on the station did not cut off and spilled gas all over my car. It definitely was not the first accident on this pump that day based on amount of gas floating on the asphalt. When I reported the problem to the service woman she was rather rude and said me that I did not use it properly. After using pumped for so many years, I would hope I knew how to use pumps. The service woman did not do anything to verify my complaint. She even did not get out of her cabin. This pump is definitely heading for a serious accident. Do not go there.

    i am constantly getting emails about winning tons of money, if this were true i would be a multimillionaire right now.last one said i won 1.5 mil dols through a draw by chevron oil cvompany.make this stop, or tell be what to do?thank you much.sara

    the clerkworking at chevron in marina del rey, california is an idiot. my phone turned off and I could not use gps to direct myself home. i decided to stop at this chevron on the corner of admiralty, near bali drive, the address is 4680 Lincoln Blvd, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 i went in and gave him a 20 and asked for 15 dollars worth of gas. at the same time i was asking for directions to the nearest freeway. he puts the 20 in the register and closes it as he is talking. i let him finish giving me directions but at the same time i was thinking that maybe he thought i asked for 20 dollars worth of gas . after he finished giving me directions i told him he did not give me my change. he says that he did give me my change. i only have a 10, 20, and a hundred dollar bill in my wallet. i gave him the 20 and showed that there was no 5 dollar in my wallet, which means he did not give me my change. he still claims that he gave me my change. i asked him to review the store camera. he said there isn't one. then i asked for the manager. he said the manager will be in tomorrow. he then accuses me of distracting him by asking for directions just to steal 5 dollars. what an idiot. he really thinks i would walk into a gas station to steal 5 dollars and get into such a bad mood. it is only just five dollars, but if people let things like this go, where do we draw the line when enough is enough. when customers are wronged, they need to speak up so that someone will notice and put measures into effect in order to provide better service. i'm calling his manager tomorrow.

    I did not want this issue to exculate this far but as of 10/23/2009. I have recently had a major problem with a particular Chevron Gas Station located in Mobile, Alabama @ 5454 Zeiglar Blvd. we put $23.00 worth of regular gas in a 2000 Contour & within a couple of hours, I got to my mom's house and her car felt like the engine was about to fall out the bottom of her car. It starts a little rocky and it constantly keeps shaking and jumping non-stop like the gas is have a hard time flowing through the main source. Unfortunately we do not have the finances to take the care to the shop and get it repaired properly at the moment so we went to the auto part store and purchased a gas treatment but still not differance. So we contacted to gas station and we spoke with the young man that took our money that particular day when we were there and he swore that their gas station had nothing to do with our car problems. But yet he recommended that we contact the actual store manager and so we did a when we contacted him he said the exact same thing as the clerk (the manager even went as far as to tell us to back to our previous gas station before them and inquire did they have a gas stick to check there gas and show it to us) and our point that he wasn't trying to hear was we have been getting gas from particualr gas stations in my mother's neighbor hood and the car was doing fantastic and all of a sudden we go to their gas station on 5454 Zeigler Blvd. and our engine fill like it at a disco show. We did not argue with either of them about the situation but, I would like to know what would be the most efficient way to handle this situation because this never happened to us before and it seems like no one cares that this even transpired they just act like it a normal way of living and swept it under a rug. How can we also warn others so that they don't have to go through the same headaches that we are having to endure because of their bad gas and lies. We are very upset about this Gas Company taking advantage of us!!!

    Chronic for selling really bad gasoline. We've seen half a dozen cars with lost power, backfiring, dying, and even burning valves locally after using this fuel. Tested it in a small motor and the valves started sticking open (one could hear the gap widened by the loud tappet noise and loss of firing in a cylinder). Idle will drop or quit. Won't make it up hills. When poured out, the "gas" is an oily slime that won't evaporate or stays slimy on the fingers when rubbed together.
    Company is a jobber- gas not from Chevron trucks. Company also sells heating oil in the area. Supplies Chevron in an area from Redding to top of California. When this 'gas' is replaced with gas from low-end companies locally, idle, power and performance return, provided valves aren't burned yet.
