The employee on shift refused to accept my legal tender to purchase a soda and a cup of hot water (for my tea) refused to give me his name also when I stated " I wad going to report this incident to corporate" he became very irritated and become very hostile and tried to strong arm me for my phone.

I was told I could not enter into a Chevron on Franklin and Delk Rd for no reason. I never stole from the store or anything

I recently applies for credit card from Chevron to make fueling easier for the technicians on the field. I been paying the bill without really looking at it. This pass bill I notice a late fee of $1, 063.68. I called customer service and I was told that I was late five days and the amount is correct for being late five days late. I'm CHOCKED. How is this legal? No credit cards charges that amount for being late. I just got my new bill and this one has a late fee of $1, 019.04?
I'm a new business owner and I guess everyone wasn't a piece of my pie ridiculous.
The customer service representative will ask a manager to call me back and also a account specialist.

I go in this store quite often because I work near it. Ever since it's been under new management (about a year now). Don't believe they have cleaned the restrooms even once. There are always flys in there, stinks, toilet are always dirty, floors are never mopped. For example went in other day and poop was on the floor, thought for for sure they would mop. But when I came back a little later, all they did was wipe up the poop with a towel, you could see it smeared on the floor. Will not be going back! Afraid for my health. Very disgusted!

No problem with Chevron you sell fine products. My complaint is this: I went in this store this morning, at 1800 S Harbor City Blvd. in Melbourne, FL. and paid $28.00 dollars in cash to the woman cashier. I asked if I could use the rest room, to only take a leak.. She refused, and said per her boss no one but employees could use the restroom- Which had a sign on the door -Employees Only. I just think being a paying customer this is bad business. Thanks for your time

on October 24 th 2021 I stopped at the Chevron Gas station at the address
11115 Garland Rd, Dallas, TX 75128. Pump N 8.
I pressed on the wrong type of gas, there was a charge of $2.96. I tried to clear out the transaction, and to press on the right type of gas. But it did not let me.
I went inside and told a woman employee about it. She said she would start it again. I went back, put the pump back, and did another gas type for the amount of $12.21. I saw she was waiving frantically at me from the store. After pumping I went back, and asked her what she needed. She yelled something ineligible. I could not understand what she was trying to say. She does not have a good speech expression. She pretended that I am stupid, and was asking some Spanish speakers to help her. I told her I speak English. I am from Europe. I think she was trying to say something about the charge. But I started to leave, she swore at me with the F word. I returned and asked her: "What did you just say?" And asked her name, she started to yell at me: "Get out of here!" There was no name tag on her. I think in such cases it would be very helpful if they don't want to say their names. They are supposed to wear a name tag.
I am asking you to look through the video, it was about 8-8.25 pm, and investigate this. Nobody has the right to speak in such a manner to the customers who are paying at your gas station. I demand on disciplinary action toward this employee, I returned and took her picture and the picture of the gas station.

I ran my car thru the wash and did a terrible job. request a $10 refund . Ok I went to chevron in novato california this evening to put gas in the car and thought I would like to wash my car. So I put $10 on my credit card to buy a car wash. The service was one of the worst I have experienced and would not recommend to anybody the same service. I think a refund is totally fair in this case and I have provided a photo of the reciept. I hope that proves I was there. thank you for your courteasy. This company is setting an unethical and dangerous precedence by the first corporate prosecution USING US TAX DOLLARS TO SUE a HUMAN RIGHTS ATTORNEY, who they lost money against for their lawsuit in ECUADOR for the damage CHEVRON CAUSED. The judge is CHEVRONS PAL. It's a private suit not in us courts but we are still paying for it! #chevronBOYCOTT. My family will never spend a penny with your company again! This is not acceptable!

I was charge $374.36 to my card and I don't live no where near any of these gas stations im from New York I filed a complaint with my bank I'm contacting chevron and letting them aware of the situation I do believe this is fraud and would like my money put back on my account ASAP because I didn't authorize any of these transactions. no transactions ref no # so I didn't know who to call

Our Chevron at 1310 Broadway, Placerville, CA appears not to actually be an authorized Chevron station. A few months a go the pumps started to not give receipts and the you so into the station they act huffy about being bother. The recipes do not have Chevron on them. I do not receive my rewards on Visa for a company owned station. The charges on my cc are billed to:

I am concerned that I am paying premium prices for Chevron gas and getting a lower quality generic.

Would you please check that is a Chevron station and correct the managing issues?

I never had a business account with chevron, thank God, but I think this is the 1 scam I missed this last year. They are coming out of the woodwork. Late fees of 75 dollars... wow, and bib businesses continue to thrive in the great US of [censored]ing A. Let me tell ya'll something, on behalf of Chevron, [censored] me.

The above Chevron station computerized system is asking for a PIN number now instead of a zip code, When I mentioned it to the person working inside it was just ignored, Conveniently, a few days after my credit card was compromised, Please have someone look at this problem because down the road you can have serious lawsuits! thank you, Arthur Fuchs, [protected]@aol.com

I have been a faithful customer to chevron since 1994. I have paid my balances in full each month. Supposedly owed synchrony bank which I was paying faithfully each month. I was told there was 2 late payments last year, which is really sad given that it was a covid year and most people lost everything. I am soooooo angry that my card was cancelled without me even knowing for a balance on another card that was being paid. This is pathetic, racist since I am of mixed race, and I feel targeted... I will be filing a report with the better business bureau.

I was told tonight that I would not be served at the aliso creek chevron in aliso viejo because I asked for fernando to wear his mask... And then to further request the mask be worn above the nose. The irony of it all is that one of my pictures captures the requirement that I wear my mask... Why doesn't fernando have to wear his correctly?
