Outrageous and Rude behavior by the cashier/manager for Car Wash: (5/31/2021; 5:15PM, PACIFIC)
1. The auto-car wash did not work, but the customer SVC refused to refund the money
2. Somebody (possibly the manager) to fix the machine — he was outrageously rude; could hardly speak English. He threw the authorization/receipt at me.

This was an extreme insult — chevron must be liable for this kind of abusive behavior
