Twice their carwash has failed to completely rinse my vehicle. Both times I got a deluxe caewash. I asked for just a rinse and the female told me my vehicle is too big, but I can use their water hose to rinse it off myself, pissed me off, both times, same female.
I want a refund now. 0 stars out 5 for this place.
Now i'm driving with dry carwash chemicals dry on my suv.
Desired outcome: $12 refund
