Me and my daughter came in and got 2 fountain drinks we went to the counter to pay and I asked for 2 packs of cigarettes and they asked for me and my daughters id, my daughter wasn't there to get cigarettes, I was the one asking for the cigarettes and I had my id, so just because she went into the store with me she has to show id for something she's not there for? So they wouldn't sell me the cigarettes because she didn't have an id with her and they told us it was policy, I never seen anyone else get treated with disrespect like that so why are they refusing to let me buy cigarettes when I d an id and i'm the one paying for them? H

I went in to the store in panhandle yesterday I travel for work and that is the store I stop at every day. When I got there all the employees was smoking outside. I went and got me a drink and tried so get something in the hot box but there was hardly anything to choice from. I was coming in for the fajitas but there wasn’t any. I asked if the could make me one and they said no and this was around 6pm. I asked to speak to the manager and they said he wasn’t there today. But I was wanting to talk to the lady manager cause she always made my crew fresh food when we ask. So I ended up getting the chicken bites and a burrito and getting to the truck I notice the time had 4p. I don’t even waste my time going back in there and this will be the last time my work crew comes in the store cause it so nasty and the new employees there are rude to the customers.

There is a manager at the allsups in Amarillo Texas on 3rd an rusk who keeps cursing at all the customers she just this morning told me that after I told them the women's restroom was backed up blamed me for it an told me I was no longer allowed to use a bathroom at her store because I kept [censored]ing her [censored] up at her store when it has nothing to do with me at all and I've heard her yelling at a guy for getting a refill telling him she wouldn't stand for his [censored]ing [censored] an not to play with her she is rude hateful an don't need to be working around the general public

I need to file a complaint on store 264 and Seminole Texas why is there only one clerk there right now in the middle of the busiest time of the day the manager should be there to help her instead of leaving Clerk all by herself that is really unfair I believe that the GM or the area manager should be aware of this can something please be done ASAP I was in there and it was ridiculous with only one person working trying to do everything at the most busiest time of the day!

Allsups 261 in Dexter Nm. has been one of the stores that has always been opened, lately it's been closed, Saturday night June 17th, and again tonight June 18th. The 17th, because the lady that works graveyard called in, and tonight the 18th because the manager was suppose to work it, but text the guy working graveyard and told him to close the store that she would be there at 3 am, She knew all week that she had to work this shift, plus she never makes it at 5 am or 6 am when she's suppose to be there, she never gets there till 7or 8, so will be shocked if she makes it there at 3 am. And we are losing customers because of this, and for the ones that really care about this store, and take pride in it, and want it to succeed, are very disappointed and it hurts to see it being run into the ground.

Sat March 25th store 2289 roswell new Mexico me and a coworker was working are butts off we were doing our jobs we.cleaned and sold burritos and chimis when my manager John mccasland took us both outside while we were off the clock and yell at us saying we were playing around when u can ask any customer we both worked are butts off both the managers there are corrupt backstabbing pieces of garbage they treat hardworking employees like puppets and they dont make us feel safe it is a very toxic environment they would rather us backstab each other and be jerks then be a team and I dont feel right that he did that at all

The person working the morning of March 21, 2023 was not doing her job. I had been waiting in line a for a few minutes along with several other people and the cashier was in the back chatting away. I asked her if she could ring us up and her response was, "you will have to wait a few more minutes" and continued to chat again. I know they are busy, but when you have people at the gas pump, people in line trying to get to work and to school, time is of the essence. No one was getting coffee, could she have not stopped and finish that later? This is not the first time this person ignores customers.

The lady that works the over night shifts at the allsups 75 in crowell tx I believe her name is Becky, that girl busted her butt up there every time I go by there or stop there she is constantly working her tail off she cleans literally everything there is to clean and she is very friendly and super nice and always in a good mood I believe she needs a raise I don't know what she makes but damn I believe she does a outstanding job at that store more then any other workers I see there do... Keep your employer happy she needs a raise even if it isn't a lot she her u appreciate her and her work! God bless

I buy the same brand cigarettes from allsups on a daily basis and noticed here in clovis nm that they have charged me from $1 to almost $2 more at different stores i canbgo just down the road to the next allsups and wow they charge me way less there eagles cigarettes and there changing me for premium cigarettes now how do they do this its been a on gonig problem here now for somtime and forget saying anything you might just get the attitude most of the time no nice some of them but i feel it should be a concern of the company that the employees that work for it are taking advantage of its customers not good thank you for your time

I went to allsups at grape creek and the big white woman that works there is so rude. She didn’t like when I was rude back to her she even told me to never come back. I wanted to buy beer one time and my daughter carried it to the counter and denied selling us the beer. Because my daughter didn’t have her id so I showed her mine and she kept saying nope nope nope. Nasty attitude so it made me mad. Rules are rules. Leave your nasty attitude at home. Yesterday I going home after work so I passed a car and a Big white hand through me the finger and it was her.
