Checkers & Rally's review: Worst customer service

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced tonight at approximately 11:30 PM at your Checkers location in Old Town, Kissimmee, Florida.

As an Uber Eats driver, I arrived to pick up an order and ended up waiting for nearly one hour. During that entire time, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism, urgency, and respect for customers and delivery drivers. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel the order because it became clear that no one was making any effort to fulfill it.

What made this experience even more unacceptable was that I was not the only one affected. Several drive-thru customers and other Uber drivers who had arrived before me were still waiting for their orders with no explanation, no communication, and no attempt by the staff to address the growing delays.

To make matters worse, one employee was openly using their cellphone instead of working while the rest of the staff appeared indifferent and unconcerned about the chaos they had created. Watching employees ignore waiting customers while failing to perform even the most basic responsibilities was completely unacceptable.

This was not simply a slow night or a busy shift—it was a total failure of management, accountability, and customer service. The employees' behavior demonstrated a complete disregard for your customers, your delivery partners, and the reputation of the Checkers brand.

As an Uber driver, every unnecessary delay directly impacts my ability to earn a living. Because of your employees' negligence, I lost valuable time, wasted fuel, and missed income opportunities. More importantly, your customers were left frustrated after waiting excessively for food they should have received much sooner.

I expect this complaint to be investigated thoroughly. The conduct I witnessed should not be tolerated, and appropriate corrective action should be taken to ensure this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is never repeated.

I would appreciate a response explaining what actions will be taken regarding this incident.
