Checkers & Rally's review: $20.00 Short

I went to the Dunn Ave location in Jacksonville; FL today and they shorted me by $20.00. I gave the cashier a $50.00 bill. She took the money in the back and came back with my change, but it was short by $20.00. I told her it was short, but she claimed she gave me the money. I waited an entire hour for her to call her GM. She never gave me the $20.00 from the $50.00, I gave her, or a sorry and I never got any response from the GM. This is the worst customer service ever. Think twice before going here. No response from any upper management.
