Never again! Buyer beware that use of this company will result in extra stress and costs. I am currently on the chat with them now, the second time and wasting literally 2 hours to get nowhere. I was overcharged, dates changed once I paid, then sat through customer service twice for almost 2 hours combined, they wanted 250 dollars to fix my booking, then settled for 156.00 which I paid, to be told they overcharged me 66.00, which was not authorized, so I will be refunded in up to 7 days, then told to go in and chose my seats again, with another charge of 48.00 that I had already paid the first time, to be told seats are not refundable, but I did not ask for a refund I wanted the seats I paid for. Once I said I will just call my bank to let them refuse payment for the tickets, now they want to help assign my seats, while I waited another 20 minutes. I feel like this is absolutely unethical and illegal. A lawsuit should be started against this company with the number of complaints that are repeatedly reported here. Basically, it is a scam on consumers.
