I purchased a smart tv, after 2 days it was showing signs of being faulty. Was told to bring unit into store. Eventually I was given another new set, after 1 day this set is even worse than the previous. I've since moved out of the area but to date, I have not received 1 response from approximately 7 emails/online complaints/ phone calls.
