CarTrawler — car rental
Initially made a booking (18 March) online & after paying l received confirmation & the times were different to what l had chosen.
I got in touch with them (18 March)& decided to cancel the booking as they would have to charge to amend the times.
They told me they would send me a refund. I didn't receive one so contacted them again.
After a text chat with Paul (today 27 March)l decided to run with the booking & just work around the times.
Paul was very helpful & offered to put my flight number on the booking. Brilliant, thank you.
Next think my phoned pinged & Cartrawler had taken £24 from my credit card.
Firstly, there was no mention of any charges.
Secondly l wasn't made aware Cartrawler were going to take anymore money.
This is not on. Totally wrong.
I now wish to just cancel the whold thing & receive a FULL refund as soon as possible.
