I flew down two days early to miami as not to encounter flight delays only to have disastrous issues with hotel(s) and then encountering a massive traffic jam at the pier;getting rerouted away from the terminal to merge back into another flow of merging traffic causing me to miss the cruise…my lyft driver gave up after 2 hours in traffic only to put me out on some corner away from the pier. I have a phone message from carnival about the traffic jam but couldn’t get back. Trying to deal with conival and aon has been a nightmare. Too many issues piling up with conival so sunday looks to be my final cruise (out of baltimore near where I live)…
Claimed loss: $3700.00 cost of cruise(airline & hotels weren’t your fault).
Desired outcome: Refund or credit if I’m to remain a (Platinum)member of carnival;I wasn’t the only person this affected.
