I book April 19 2026 for cabin on 9 floor room 9429 and not to my knowledge was under the Lido deck. Every night around 1 and 3 am I would hear constant moving of tables, chairs, dishes, racks, back and forth for hours. I couldn't sleep. Then when the ship in in full fast moving, the wall would creak and tapping. It was a nightmare every night. I brought it up to the front desk guest service, named Christian and he told quoted, " there is nothing wrong and we can't do anything about it." I was shocked and very upset because of my brain fog and tired I was just in ragged. I mean I missed much of anything because during the day I would sleep on the deck where ever it's quiet. I just feel that even an investor and owing Carnival stocks I can't believe the service from such a big company that I owned and trust. Makes me wonder why Royal Caribbean is doing so much better. I guess until you cook in the kitchen then you know why. It's just bad service that ruins the relationship. Overall Carnival was great but there needs to be a better customer service and maintenance to the ship.
I got a case number and sent via email to the guest care form but still hasn't heard back from Carnival team.
Recommendation: A working direct telephone number that a customer can call to get their answers.
