First, I wrote to the CEO and copied the board, they have never called or emailed me. the food on the Mardi Gras was very bad. It was if the dining room was reusing the food from two nights before and just adding a sauce, we went to the taco bar during the day, and it wasn't open until 1pm. For ppl who can't do excursions this wasn't good, especially if you have early dining. There wasn't much entertainment. The only good show was Family Feud. I wouldn't sail on Mardi Gras again. I pd a lot of money for this cruise and was so dissapointed.

Desired outcome: A refund for what I paid or another cruise on a different ship.
