We were on carnival vieneza march 8th. I have tried 4 times to contact customer care no on returns my complaint. Booking number W7WL03. Went to Stewart first we were seeing little bugs in bathroom and it had a vomit smell. He sid you have to clean every day to flush system. We took showers every day n still had the oder lite fruit flies Nats. Went to customer service they sent a crew to inspect and confirmed our complaint there were bugs the sprayed it did not get rid of them or order except for 1 day and it came back. There were loose tiles in hall way going outside from our room lifting the tiles and banging the hole cruise. We could not go out on our balcony due to water splashing on it daily. When we got home my husband was taken by ambulance to hospital internal bleeding. The last thing we ate was at Fahrenheit restaurant lobster n steak. We never received our baked potato. Something had perforated the ceicum in his colon. Spent mth in hospital removed ceicum n half of his colon hrs still recuperating. Tried to watch a movie on deck the sound was so low we left Went back to room. This ship the vieneza was the worst cruise ever. We're really dissapointed. N no not have anyone contact us back except our vacation planner. They took away customer service after a cruise. Were actually thinking of never going on carnival again n were both platinum.
Match 8th my husband n I went on the vieneza. Worst cruise ever. I complained to Stewart there was offer smell in bathroom he came in and cleaned it. After that it came back with little flying Nats in bathroom my experience was horrifying. Went to customer service complained they sent team to check it out came back n told us we were right n they would send team to clean it. They offered us anything o ship we reluctantly took Fahrenheit dinner it was OK they never brought our baked potato. This cruise really had nothing to do. The last night I wanted a drink I had to go to night club to get it I waited at counter an encountered women who asked granny why you come to club. I wanted drink then man came up to me asked grandma why you here.i wend n stood by security till my drink arrived. This was only place open on whole ship to get a drink it was disgusting. I complained 4 times email got response n they never followed up with my complaint. I refuse to hospital on another carnival ship till I get someone to acknowledge my problem n were both platinum
