This place is absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional. The staff is rude, the food is handled without gloves, no one wears hairnets, and it's a miracle anyone walks out without getting sick.

One of the employees is clearly under the influence and smells like alcohol and cigarettes — and he doesn’t even wash his hands before touching food. Another worker is lazy and heartless, literally standing around watching elderly customers struggle without lifting a finger. And the big woman up front? Beyond rude. Talks down to people and treats customers like we’re annoying her just for ordering.

Even worse, the supervisor, Darren Dent, had the nerve to post someone’s private information on a board for everyone to see. That is not just disrespectful — it’s a violation of basic human decency and possibly the law.
The food is trash, the people are nastier, and the whole operation is a health hazard. You’d be better off eating gas station sushi than anything from this sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Captain D’s do better — or just shut this location down.

Recommendation: never go here

I don’t know who’s managing this particular Captain D’s, but they clearly have no business running a fast food joint — or any business that serves real people, for that matter. What I witnessed at this location was straight-up foul, unsanitary, and downright disrespectful on every level.

First of all, the staff clearly don’t give a damn about hygiene or customer service. A big, loud, rude woman who acted like she ran the place had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. She was rolling her eyes, talking down to customers, and speaking to people with a tone that made it crystal clear: she does not respect the people walking through the door. Nobody should be talked to like that — especially not while spending money on food.

But that wasn’t even the worst part.

There’s a white male employee with scarring or acid marks on his face who reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. The man looked and acted like he either just woke up from a hangover or hadn’t sobered up yet. And yet — this man was handling food with his bare, unwashed hands. I watched him touch his face, counters, and God knows what else, and then go straight to plating customer meals. No gloves. No handwashing. No hairnet. No care. That’s not just disgusting — it’s dangerous.

Every single person working that day looked like they couldn’t care less about sanitation. Not a damn one of them had on a cap or hairnet. Food was being handled like it was garbage behind the counter. It was sloppy, careless, and absolutely revolting. I wouldn’t feed that food to a stray dog, much less a paying customer.

Now let’s talk about the so-called “manager.” This person — instead of taking charge, setting an example, or correcting the chaos — had the audacity to be even more disrespectful than the rest of the crew. They spoke with a smug, arrogant tone, brushed off concerns, and acted like customers were just a nuisance to deal with. That’s not leadership — that’s pathetic. If this is how Captain D’s trains its managers, then it’s no wonder the place is falling apart.

Between the nasty attitudes, filthy kitchen practices, and complete disregard for human decency or health standards, this location is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If nobody at the top steps in to fix this mess, someone’s going to get seriously sick — and I guarantee the public will find out about it.

This isn’t just a complaint. It’s a warning. Get this location under control before it becomes a headline.

Disgusted,

We were not born yesterday, we are not stupid. We all know that you got fired and are trying to cause trouble for your formal company. If what you said were true, they would have shut down a long time ago. So instead of doing the childish thing, and make up lies, do the adult thing and not go there move on with your life.
