Incomplete order
I looked up my local captainds on line, because I wanted to see their menu before I drove to the restaurant. I chose to get the supreme platter. Went to drive thru, placed my order and when I got home, my order did not include the shrimp skewer. I'm not driving back as late as it is, so you get a complaint. My order was #0195 on 9/19/21 @ 7:42pm.

On 09/16/21 I purchased 4 piece batter dip from Captain Ds Mableton, GA.
I asked for 4 butters, 2 sour creams, and 2 tarter sauces. When I got home I looked at the fish and it smelled and looked awful. The fish had very little batter on it, and even though it was done had no crunch to it, was not brown but lightly coated and fried and no little chips in the bottom of the fish.
Also, on the condiments he put in the bag not what I asked for. He gave me 2 butters and 3 tarters. I can live w/that but I want money back on the fish. When I went thru the line I asked him how did he get fish so quick but he didn't answer that. I surmize it had been sitting there for awhile since I was the only customer at that time.

Slow service
I was stuck in a Drive-Thru line for the better part of 30 minutes I'm not sure why, my location is Jonesboro Arkansas. It appears that one of the customers is holding up the line even though they already have their food I don't know if they're arguing or something. I'm not entirely sure why the surface is taking so long but if I had known that it would have been like this I would not have come out.

Rude customer service
To whom it may concern, i visited Captain Ds restaurant Aug 26, 2021, and the person at the drive through window was very rude she started yelling back at me rushing me to take my order and when i got to the window she acted in a unprofessional manner, why should I spend my money on a place like this that has poor customer service. The restaurant is located on the border of Norfolk and Virginia beach.

Yesterday sunday 8/15/2021 at your savannah hwy location in charleston sc it was drive thru only. I wanted to order a pint of cole slaw. After waitng for 25 mins. I got to the window &got my slaw. I would have pulled out of line but there is no way to do it. I love your cole slaw. I also frequent you store for dinners & such. Please fix this problem before you loose a good customer.

My husband stopped at captain ds to bring me my dinner at work. When he got there the fish was two tiny pieces that were hard and tasted like it all had been just sitting in warmer all day. I asked him to return to captain ds and ask them could I get some thst was not hard as rock and been in a warmer for hours. None of the food was eaten and he took it back and the manager who knew he had just been in there refused to replace the meal because she said he didn't have a receipt but he said if they had given him one it would ot been in the bag and he never found one . I love captain ds and have never had to complain before but I just think the manager was just being ugly and didn't want to replace the food I don't know why. He had the other food we weren't trying to get anything for free we just wanted what we paid for that was up to standard of how it usually is. I just think it was extremely poor customer service and ridiculous that it wouldn't be replaced when they knew he had just been in there and had the food they had given him with him. I just wondered if all customers are treated this way and are treated so poorly . This is the worst experience I've ever had at captain ds of all the years I've been a customer. I'm disappointed in the service and the poor quality of the food and just wanted to let someone know how things are being conducted at this location . Thank you.

Food fish and sides
I went to the one in Thomasville Ga. This will be me and my family last time. 2nd time this week we Spent 26 dollars today. The sides were cold.(okra, corn and fries) The fish was the size of the butterfly shrimp. We spent $40 earlier this week being we thought maybe it was a first time mistake. Completely disappointed and lesson learned. Will not waste hard earned money.

was there today 7/25/21 at the Capt D's in Hurricane, WV store #3636. we ordered got our drink cups and lids. One lid had mold on it so we got a new one. went to get ice and the ice machine dispenser (plastic part where ice comes out) was black with mold. We told the girl at front desk she came out with a rag and wiped it off. The tables weren't clean and the windows were dirty. It was very disgusting. Filthy

Just left our Newberry, South Carolina Captain D's on July 22, 2021 around 6 PM, and I need to voice a complaint.
Before placing our order, we were not addressed by the cashier, nor were we greeted in any manner.
No, "Welcome to Captain D's. May I take your order?" No NOTHING in so much as a greeting.
The dining area was very dirty. I searched for a clean table that also had clean seats. There were water rings from cups, greasy smudges, crumbs on most of the tables and several wadded up napkins on three of the seats which were also sprinkled with crumbs and bits of food.
I went to the restroom to wash my hands and there was NO LIQUID soap in the dispenser. I had to ask a male patron if he would open the door to the VACANT men's room so I could pump some soap into my hands. As I rinsed my hands, the lavatory would not drain, thus I left three inches of sudsy/dirty water in the sink.
Upon returning to our booth, I noted that my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked and they felt slick with grease. ( yuck)
After my husband brought our tray of food to the table, he had to return to the counter to ASK for ketchup, salt, tartar and cocktail sauces, and butter for my baked potato. The server brought them to us as if she were walking the plank on Captain D's trawler.
I WILL COMPLIMENT the quality and the tastiness of the food though.
My fish was perfectly cooked, slightly crunchy batter on the outside and tender and white on the inside.
My baked potato couldn't have been any better. The slaw was --and always has been--delicious.
And I could eat the hush puppies by the mound. So no complaints there.
Very yummy food.
However, the dining area needs a cleaning overhaul.
ASAP!
And the employees could show a wee bit more enthusiasm towards their customers and their job assignments.

Service/Lack of Food
Seeing that I LOVE seafood, I want to make it known that I have a complaint. I have filed a complaint previously regarding ordering online and still waiting for my order 25mins+ later. I did receive a call from the Manager and it still happened 2 more times. I've gone to the store and waited over 25mins+ for food. This is NOT FAST FOOD! I now go 12miles from my home if I want Captain D's, rather online or drive thru! TODAY(July 17, 2021 @

The Captain D's on Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, Va. has twice messed up our order. The first time I had ordered 2 meals and only got one and the second time which was Monday, June 14, 2021, they got our order completely wrong. We did not get what we had ordered, we got one meal that we didn't order. We had ordered through Door Dash and yes they have credited us our payment, but the funny thing was, our Dasher told the people at Captain D's that this wasn't our order because of how I spell my name. On Friday 5/7/21 at 1545 I purchased early dinner at store 3266 in Salisbury NC. I was appalled to find no employee or the I assume manager on duty behind the counter wore face mask. That is a state issued order for people serving the public to wear masks. Normally I would have just left without paying or food but I was really wanting popcorn shrimp.
