Captain D's - Customer service

I visisted Captain D's August 1, 2021 in Opelika, Alabama. The girl that took my order was extremely rude and hateful. No name tag. She avoided looking at me the entire time and seemed very aggravated that she had to deal with me or anyone else. It wasn't only me, she was cold and rude to everyone I saw her wait on. I offered to pay with my Discover Card and she tossed it back on the counter and said they don't take Discover Card. So I gave her a Visa card and asked if they still honored Military Discount and showed her my military i.d. Well that pissed her off and she had to re-ring my total, still avoiding any eye contact. After I ordered, I waited in the lobby for a while, no one else was ahead of me in orders. She saw me waiting and told me to go sit down and my food would be brought to me. I did, and after 30 minutes, I went back to the counter to ask what was taking so long. She ignored me and refused to acknowledge I was standing there. There were 4 orders sitting in the window ready. The very first one was mine. She contined to ignore me, looking at all the tickets and adding the sauces, forks, etc. to all of the trays. When she finally sat mine down on the counter, I immediately felt of the fries and shrimp. It was cold. I told her I did not want the cold food and I wanted my money refunded. She went back to the kitchen and told somebody I didn't want it because it was cold and it had just been set in the window. Which of course, I knew was not the truth. My receipt was time stamped and it had been 33 minutes since I ordered. She came back to register, still ignoring me and I told her I would get my receipt and bring to her for a refund. She said don't bother she had a copy. She says it was refunded to my card, I don't know yet. NO APOLOGIES! I will never offer my business to this establishment again.

Desired outcome: Customer service training and cordial interaction with patrons.
