I attempted to order a 3 piece fish dinner with okra and corn at the drive thru.
I wound up paying a couple of extra dollars more than listed on the menu, I just assumed there was and upcharge for those particular sides. When I got back home I noticed I had been given a dinner containing shrimp and crabs.
I understand that it could have been an honest mistake. But what I can't understand is why the shrimp and the two crabs in the shell were "swimming" in grease/cooking oil. There was no way something with that much grease could have gone unnoticed. Nor should it have been passed out the window to someone looking for a decent meal. I broke a fried shrimp in half only to find there was nothing inside. It was just a greasy piece of shrimp-shaped semi-soggy batter with a Tail on it. And the crabs held even more grease in their half shells and were smashed flat and seemed to be undercooked.
There was actually small puddles of grease in the container. Needless to say the meal was inedible.
Had I lived closer to the restaurant, I would have promptly taken this so-called dinner back. However, I was on a lunch break and too far away.
So thank you Captain D's for a botched lunch, a 22 mile round trip, and showing me a new way to waste both time and money.

Won't Be Back
Desired outcome: Either hire someone to train the employees and oversee what's being given to people in exchange for their hard earned money, Or close this location until you are able to.
Captain D's - Missing food
I just went through the drive thru at Captain D's on Murfreesboro Rd. I ordered a 10 piece family dinner and did not receive any hush puppies. I called the store and someone answered hung up and then took the phone off the hook. I called back multiple times and the phone rang busy.

I called in a order to pickup food in smyrna, tn but the order went to antioch, tn location I paid for the order and I used the number on the order to cancel and the lady said they don't cancel orders
The date was 05-11-2020, order no was 37538 the number to cancel was [protected] the lady was rude btw. The adress was 2705 murfreesboro rd antioch, tn 37083. The resolutuion i'm looking for is the refund of 18.53 on my american express card
