Opened new account. Can't change or add any detail online because even though my cell is registered on the site, they have to verify it before allowing codes to go to it, so I have to wait. It's been over 2 weeks so far and they are sworn to secrecy and can't tell me when it might be verified, so I have to wait or drive 25 minutes to the closest branch to give them my ID. I do not know how to scan with my cell but have my ID in a file which I can upload to them. They refuse to do it that way and insist on inconveniencing the customer.

Recommendation: If you don't think you'll need them, get Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Much easier to deal with and nicer people. Those banks want your accounts.
