Canada Post review: Mail carrier

My address is #901 11620 elbow dr sw, I've no idea who the mail carrier is, i was going to confront the person but felt this was a better way, the person continues to put return to sender mail back in my mail box instead of taking them away, and i'm not the only one, we place the mail on top of the boxes to be returned so I've been monitoring the return mail and sure enough there was 5 letters yesterday that were the same as the letters that should've been returned that the carrier keeps putting back into peoples boxes, the one I'd put to be returned was back in my box that's the 3rd time this week, i can only assume it's because none have return to sender on the letter but i checked online and a person is not legally required to put that on a return letter but Canada Post is legally obligated to take them back, so this carrier is breaking the law.

On another note my government letters keep getting jammed into the small slit at the very top of the mailbox door, so much so the letters rip when i take take them out, one was a check that i had to stick back together and consequently the bank put it on hold, government letters are the only items getting jammed into my box like that and i get lots of junk mail and junk letters, so clearly other than been lazy this person has issues, if the next government mail is jammed like that i am going to confront that person, but i'm hoping Canada Post will sort the problem out first.
