Canada Post

Parcels are not delivered to our doors at this retirement condo.
The slips are simply slid into our mailboxes with no attempt to dial the apartments.
Our buildngs security cams have shown this countless times.
All other services such as fedex, purolater, etc. Always use the call boatd and we get our parcels. It is difficult for myself and most other tenants here to go to post office to pick up parcels... Why is this acceptable to canada post?
