I have called several times about the fact that I can't get signed in on the Camel Snus site. They tell me they send me an email but no email arrives even in my junk folder. I have explained my problem, and they tell me to sign-in in a day or two - no change after several tries at this.
I cannot get a new password since the email link to reset a password NEVER arrives.
Very frustrating and it sure is costing me money since I can't get to the coupons. I'm think about trying a different brand which I really don't want to do.
Desired outcome: I wish they would investigate why I can't get their emails. This problem has not gone on for months.
