I would like to complain about behavior of OKUDO supplier IAN LI. At night on September 18, 2019 I placed an order of a few chandeliers #[protected] but shortly we changed our mind to order so many chandeliers and we cancelled the order. IAN LI from OKUDO received my request to cancel the order and even send me message at night asking why I want to cancel the order and trying to convince me to accept it. I replied to cancel order but IAN LI ignored my request and sent me a message that they sent the chandeliers to the postal office. I am now under big stress that the OKUDO supplier doesn't respect the customers decision but pushes them to buy their product. The total amount of the order is 641.81 US dollars. That's a lot of money and we are now worried about the situation. If OKUDO doesn't respect customers what kind of product I mean quality of product they offer? I do not trust them anymore and very worried what else can be done to make them cancel my order and respect my decision. Hope you will help me to solve this problem. Thank you, Nataliya Levandovska

Just wanted to add that when I was cancelling the order it wasn't late at all. I cancelled order online and I have confirmation that IAN LI received my request before sending chandeliers to the postal office. OKUDO totally ignored my decision and treated me very unfairly. Please help me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in solving this problem.

Again same happened he had waisted all my time even though I had cleared him on the first place that due to delay in my first order I need this order ASAP and as per seller commitment he have to ship earliest.
He didn't reply and neither ship.
I had cancelled that second order and he was agreed to cancel it because he was not able to failed to communicate in this second order too as per him he was busy in festival.
But in last moments he shipped my order.

I ordered, and received a product that is totally incapable of doing what was advertised. I contacted the supplier who requested proof and I provided evidence that confirms this.
I expect that the conversation that ensued between myself and this company was purposely dragged out so the order would close.
My further attempts to obtain a refund have been met with stupid statements, remarks and the last one, an emoji of fear, when I said I would contact AliExpress.
No professional company responds to its customers the way this company has and I am actually amazed that AliExpress deals with them.
As stated in my messages I would like a full refund and I am happy to return the item if they provide their address and postage costs.

I ordered two products one of which I canceled and the seller still sent so I returned it. The other product I never received. The issue is the card I ordered from has been closed. The account is closed so I can not get my refund. I spoke to many many Ali representatives and they all gave me different options, to which were all lies. I also spoke to the bank and no they can not transfer the funds to my new bank because the money was automatically rejected and returned to Ali express. Now Ali says no they will not give me credit or merchandise in exchange. One said too bad it my problem with the bank. Another offered a coupon. Another to request merchandise in exchange for the money. All lies became 2 months and I'm still with no money and no merchandise. You all need to change the refund options if you keep the money at least give us something in return. It's ridiculous how you all take the money and say figure out how to get it back. I spoke to a girl today from Ali named Clarise super rude. Told me to wake up. I wasn't going to get anywhere even if I complained. Well I'll be sure to never order again and blast Ali on every social media to lose business if thats what you all need to wake up!

The service I have been provided for an ongoing dispute is absolutely worthless. The dispute has been extended 3 times, each agent gives different information and just tells me to wait for another week, and at one point they even made fun of me. My money has been taken and nobody is dealing with this accordingly.
They also advise you they dont have managers and supervisors...

This seller didn't send me the items that I paid for! First he asked for an extra payment, he told me that the shipping company raised the transportation cost ( photo atached with 0.22 USD extra fee). I agree to pay. I ordered 4 items from this store, as you can see in the picture atached, but he send me only one, the cheapest one. I agreed with package arrived at the destination for the reason that one product arrived at me. Then I wrote to the seller that I got only one product out of four, and he told me to agree with expand delivery time, because it can take a little bit longer for some products to arrive. When the "open dispute" period was finished, the products didn't arrived, so I contacted the seller, and I got NO ANSWER. (I put the photo atached with the chat ). Now, more than 6 months, the products didn't arrived and I want my money back for the products that I didn't received (10.33 USD), or the products to be sent again from this seller. infrared mirror heater

I ordered a 600x700 mm infrared mirror heater but recieved a bigger one that does not fit in my bathroom (1000x600 mm) and has the wrong plug too (UK model). Communication about this matter was very complicated so far. I want to return the item and have it replaced by the one I ordered in the first place. But the seller wants me to send it to China, while it was sent to me from the UK. The cost of shipping alone is far higher for me than the value of the heater. Honma golf driver cracked. Seller only made partial refund. Still owe $44. Contacted AliExpress via chat and they promised to pursue matter with seller. Good day, I will like to make a complain about a seller Fairy Mall from whom I bought a diaper bag made payment of 15.98 via aliexpress pay and the seller later sent a message to me to make additional payment of 1 dollar which I declined, the seller however said I should cancel my order by clicking on others, but I insisted I will cancel the order stating my reasons for the cancelation, the seller however refused to agree to the cancelation after I have canceled the order the seller the later shipped the order and sent a wrong tracking number to me and I complained to the seller, I was told to open a dispute that the tracking number I was given was incorrect. Knowing fully well that I can open a dispute until after 10 days of shipping. I see this as wickedness and injustice. Shipped wrong item and complained to seller, who claimed they didn't know about return, even though there was a guarantee on page. Ended up chatting with aliexpress' customer service 6x, each time getting the runaround until agent finally understood problem. Did it get solved? No luck. Aliexpress closed my dispute, leaving me without a way to return item I didn't order
