I ordered mobile cover 2 months ago, it still hasn't arrived neither has tracking been updated since last month.I tried tracking contacting Indian Post but they said my consignment no. is invalid.Could you please track the package if it even dispatched or not, and if it was dispatched what is the name of courier service that yanwen handed in India.

AliExpress non - receipt of the order and received no refund

I ordered a
EU/UK/US Plug Extension Socket Outlet Portable Travel Power Wall Charger Strip Surge Protector with 4 USB 5V 2A Smart Charger from Aliexpress seller FORNORM Speciality Store. My order number is [protected]. I placed the oder on July 12/2019. During the month of August, I have contacted the seller many times complaining non-receipt. Seller kept saying just wait.
On Sept 1/2019, I have not received the order. I filed a dispute with Aliexpress. Seller emailed me many times and asked me to cancel the dispute cause will look very bad on her. Seller admitted she has the order and asked me to cancel t he dispute and she will send the order to me. I rejected her proposal.
However, I am very shocked with the Aliexpress Case Management Team's judgement. They asked me to wait for the order which Seller never sent and I have never received as of Sept 22/2019. I have provided the evidence that the Seller admitted still has the order. However, the Aliexpress Case Management Team just ignored.
Both Aliexpress Seller and the Case Management Team surely at fault . Aliexpress Case Management Team is completely incompetent and biased.
The Aliexpress Seller is a pathetic liar.

AliExpress 2 packs of lashes

I have bought two packs of lashes and they haven't arrived, which is unusual because I have purchased other items aswell such as a body suit and a shirt and they have arrived last week and the lashes still haven't arrived although they took the money out of my mastercard and it isn't fair because if they don't deliver my lashes by the end of this week then I will want my money back although I would prefer them to give me my lashes. Also this is a disappointment because I was very pleased with their products

AliExpress clothing

I order some items from aliexpress and the payment went through and the money deducted from my Visa card. Then, I suddenly realized most of the items won't be shipped. One seller said due to security reasons, the other said the item is no longer available and the tracking number generated automatically and after 10 days from the shipping date I could dispute and each one saying different reasons. I lost my money and I won't receive any product. This is the terrible experience I have ever had and I won't deal with you again. All I need to get my money.

AliExpress order #[protected] (chandeliers)

I would like to complain about behavior of OKUDO supplier IAN LI. At night on September 18, 2019 I placed an order of a few chandeliers #[protected] but shortly we changed our mind to order so many chandeliers and we cancelled the order. IAN LI from OKUDO received my request to cancel the order and even send me message at night asking why I want to cancel the order and trying to convince me to accept it. I replied to cancel order but IAN LI ignored my request and sent me a message that they sent the chandeliers to the postal office. I am now under big stress that the OKUDO supplier doesn't respect the customers decision but pushes them to buy their product. The total amount of the order is 641.81 US dollars. That's a lot of money and we are now worried about the situation. If OKUDO doesn't respect customers what kind of product I mean quality of product they offer? I do not trust them anymore and very worried what else can be done to make them cancel my order and respect my decision. Hope you will help me to solve this problem. Thank you, Nataliya Levandovska

Just wanted to add that when I was cancelling the order it wasn't late at all. I cancelled order online and I have confirmation that IAN LI received my request before sending chandeliers to the postal office. OKUDO totally ignored my decision and treated me very unfairly. Please help me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in solving this problem.

The seller was unable to reply and ship my order then he told me that he was busy If I reordered he will ship my order ASAP.

I had reordered

Again same happened he had waisted all my time even though I had cleared him on the first place that due to delay in my first order I need this order ASAP and as per seller commitment he have to ship earliest.
He didn't reply and neither ship.
I had cancelled that second order and he was agreed to cancel it because he was not able to failed to communicate in this second order too as per him he was busy in festival.
But in last moments he shipped my order.

First order (order time:2019-09-02 02:07) no reply neither ship
Second order (Order time:2019-09-11 02:03) no reply agreed to cancel but shipped in last moment.

I ordered, and received a product that is totally incapable of doing what was advertised. I contacted the supplier who requested proof and I provided evidence that confirms this.
I expect that the conversation that ensued between myself and this company was purposely dragged out so the order would close.
My further attempts to obtain a refund have been met with stupid statements, remarks and the last one, an emoji of fear, when I said I would contact AliExpress.
No professional company responds to its customers the way this company has and I am actually amazed that AliExpress deals with them.
As stated in my messages I would like a full refund and I am happy to return the item if they provide their address and postage costs.

AliExpress refund issue

I ordered two products one of which I canceled and the seller still sent so I returned it. The other product I never received. The issue is the card I ordered from has been closed. The account is closed so I can not get my refund. I spoke to many many Ali representatives and they all gave me different options, to which were all lies. I also spoke to the bank and no they can not transfer the funds to my new bank because the money was automatically rejected and returned to Ali express. Now Ali says no they will not give me credit or merchandise in exchange. One said too bad it my problem with the bank. Another offered a coupon. Another to request merchandise in exchange for the money. All lies became 2 months and I'm still with no money and no merchandise. You all need to change the refund options if you keep the money at least give us something in return. It's ridiculous how you all take the money and say figure out how to get it back. I spoke to a girl today from Ali named Clarise super rude. Told me to wake up. I wasn't going to get anywhere even if I complained. Well I'll be sure to never order again and blast Ali on every social media to lose business if thats what you all need to wake up!

AliExpress aliexpress customer service

The service I have been provided for an ongoing dispute is absolutely worthless. The dispute has been extended 3 times, each agent gives different information and just tells me to wait for another week, and at one point they even made fun of me. My money has been taken and nobody is dealing with this accordingly.
They also advise you they dont have managers and supervisors...

AliExpress item was not delivered..

I orderd the item. But I did not receive the item.. Then I opended the dispute n mu dispute was removed by them from the screen.. Then I had had text them they said me to wait n did so.. N finally it has been too long they are not ready to return my money nor they want to send me the item.. This is the first store I have ever visted n found the service mean n 3rd class.

AliExpress clothing

I'm a dropship. I made 8 orders from this store.
Until now 5 of orders was sent a fake tracking number.
Items have never been received. No products were shipped.
I'm sure that the other of my orders were in the same situation as a fake tracking number.
It was a big mistake ordering from this store. Totally ruin my business.
The store is not honest.
Ali should consider this shop behavior. Ali will be discredited in the long-term.
It is a danger to the seller society. Their inappropriate behavior should be stopped immediately.

It does not appear in my account, some of the items have arrived, was many items, so I have no way of checking what was ordered .

I have spent 20 hours trying to contact your customer support,

My account was deactivated by Ali wrong. I can not log into my account to view any order to log a dispute for it. I'm always telling everyone about AliExpress and help them to register and order. Now all of the sudden my account was deactivated and I did nothing wrong.

I ordered products from china from both AliExpress and Amazon. The Chinese products from Amazon where in my mail box 2 weeks later (free delivery) AliExpress 3 months and still not 1 single product from AliExpress yet! and I had to pay for delivery!

I was charged two and I really don't understand how? This is ridiculous! Can I have my refund back because this is not on you guys are scamming m/cheating people and it's unacceptable and it's hard to reach you especially for someone who is in South Africa wow I'm disappointed. This seller didn't send me the items that I paid for! First he asked for an extra payment, he told me that the shipping company raised the transportation cost ( photo atached with 0.22 USD extra fee). I agree to pay. I ordered 4 items from this store, as you can see in the picture atached, but he send me only one, the cheapest one. I agreed with package arrived at the destination for the reason that one product arrived at me. Then I wrote to the seller that I got only one product out of four, and he told me to agree with expand delivery time, because it can take a little bit longer for some products to arrive. When the "open dispute" period was finished, the products didn't arrived, so I contacted the seller, and I got NO ANSWER. (I put the photo atached with the chat ). Now, more than 6 months, the products didn't arrived and I want my money back for the products that I didn't received (10.33 USD), or the products to be sent again from this seller. Please help me to solve this problem.

I orderd a bleder motor 9525 that was delivered but found that it is to weak to do the work. I asked if they have a bigger one and they said yes model 9535 idid order 2 of these and tey are on there way. Then I found out that there is a still stronger motor model 9540, I ask them if they have this mtor and they anwered back yes they do. Then I ask them to put this on there store list because I want to order another 2 off these motors. They said they will do. AliExpress infrared mirror heater

Dear sir/mrs.,

I ordered a 600x700 mm infrared mirror heater but recieved a bigger one that does not fit in my bathroom (1000x600 mm) and has the wrong plug too (UK model). Communication about this matter was very complicated so far. I want to return the item and have it replaced by the one I ordered in the first place. But the seller wants me to send it to China, while it was sent to me from the UK. The cost of shipping alone is far higher for me than the value of the heater. So now I am stuck with a useless appliance. Please help to find a feasible solution!

Honma golf driver cracked. Seller only made partial refund. Still owe $44. Contacted AliExpress via chat and they promised to pursue matter with seller. More than a month have passed and still no sign of refund or any contact by seller or AliExpress. Tried to contact AliExpress chat again but kept looping me for an order number which it won't accept as it's more than 6months old. Terrible customer service! Terrible chat which is really a robot. Just cannot get to a real person. Not a responsible company! No follow up to what was promised!

AliExpress luck love baby toy store

Even though 82 days passed after purchase, Aliexpress extended buyer protection time 25 days without my permission. (reasoning customs regulations change).

but according to tracking information, item has arrived in my country on 2019-08-28 (82 days passed after purchase) and passed through customs in 1 day.

Since it took too long time to arrive, I have bought this item locally and do not it it anymore.

Aliexpress refuses to give my money back.

My bank says that the refund must be done by AliExpress

AliExpress product didn't received and seller not responding.

I ordered watch from them (Order ID-[protected]) about two moths ago (08:55 May. 31 2019). I didn't received the item. So I complained it to the seller. He said product arrived to Sri Lanka. Then I called Sri Lanka Postal Department and also asked from the postmen. Both parties said they didn't received my order so please tell the seller to check post office in their county; which is China.But until now I got no reply from the seller. I love AliExpress a lot. So please don't make me disappointed. Cause I don't have much money to make another order. Please check this asap.
