2 summer dresses for toddler girl I never received
Order #[protected] was made 24th of May 2019.
There were 9 stores included in that order, only the parcel of Baby's World store I did not received. The parcel with the 2 dresses arrived on June 1st at Vancouver airport. That is near the Pacific ocean. Waiting for clearance. I live near Montreal, Quebec province, closer to the Atlantic ocean. On June 17 and 19, I wrote to the seller asking him if he could verify what is going on with the parcel. Has of today messages still unread. The parcel obviously has been stolen. I had to wait until July 30 to open a dispute. On august 3rd the seller finally respond, he did not want to refund me and said that he will ship right away the 2 dresses.Now I do not know if he did, I did not received a new tracking number so that I could follow this second parcel. Wednesday Aug 14, I look for the order and see that in the order status, it is written Finished. So I reopen an open dispute, the seller has not respond yet, it is already 2 days. I am clueless what is going on.
All I want to know is did the seller send back the 2 dresses, if so I want the tracking number. If he did not ship back the 2 dresses I want a refund. I am very frustrated with this seller.
I have wrote 2 other sellers for a question about one of the product and right away both of them respond to my question in the message centre. And I did buy their product. This Baby's World store do not care about clients.
Also I would like to correct 2 orders who are finished but it is written Fund processing so I cannot delete those 2 orders. They are # [protected] from JiangXihuitian official store and # [protected] from Super Store Co Ltd.

This is with reference to the email dated 3rd August, 2019 regarding "Transaction notice from AliExpress"
I have already ordered (Order No : [protected]) and paid full amount ($ 23.54) for the product of 21 Pcs/Set Cotton Newborn Baby Clothing set for Girls Boys Toddler Baby clothes New Born Gift Set. But I have still not received the goods.
I have asked from the Postal Head Quarters, Department of Posts, Sri Lanka about my parcel. They said that they only received above baby clothing set for "Pannipitiya", Sri Lanka but, they haven't received my order yet.
Therefore, please deliver the item as soon as possible. If you do not, I will expect a full refund.

Ultimately I tried to open a dispute for my full refund amount by returning the product back to the seller, and this was the time I encountered the system error.
You should worry not as it's only a "temporary server problem" at AliExpress, which they work upon within a matter of 24 - 48 hours in order for the buyers to submit their disputes successully.
The customer service team is helpful as well when I contacted them via Live Chat seeking assistance for the same.

I received my order [protected]. On the summary of my order, it is written "sent from France". In fact, he was sent from Germany via deutschepost.de
Unfortunately, the product I received is not the one I ordered. After a dispute, it was decided to refund the money I paid and I must return the product to the seller.
But the seller is giving me an address in the People's Republic of China instead of an address in France or Germany. This is totally abnormal because the product was not sent from China.
The price of sending the product to China is higher than the product itself.

I purchased 3 black 48 LED outdoor wall garden lights without poles. Two of them has stopped working, they no longer charges. I have sent three email requests the last being 2019-07-27 to the company to replace the faulty product under their 3 year warranty. The company has not responded to my emails. The site says Jack Ron is hear to help, but I have been waiting over a month for him to contact me. Very poor customer service. It is time that AliExpress took responsibility for companies that use their site to sell their products and make sure they honour their warranty

I ordered goods from AliExpress in July which were due to arrive in August and I checked the status of the items regularly.
Upon checking the status of one of the packages on 8/8/19 (due to arrive 10/8/19 onwards), I saw that it was updated to ‘Delivery Failed'. There were limited options of how to respond to this so I opened a dispute to explain that NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE TO DELIVER THIS PACKAGE and that I was never contacted. The dispute was immediately declined as irrelevant.
According to the tracking details the package was lost somewhere after reaching the destination country and cannot be located. Given the lack of control I have over this, I would like to be refunded. URGENT attention would be appreciated.

First of all after that my credit card was approved this seller was the only one who send me a message to add $1 more for the shipping if I click his link. I did not reply I do not give my credit card to this seller only trough Aliexpress.
Now with the tracking number RV9211463944CN I saw that the parcel arrived on June 1st in Vancouver Airport, Canada. That parcel is lost or stolen. I wrote to the seller twice from the Message Centre, still written UNREAD. This seller never read my messages.
On July 30, I open a dispute. The seller first answered me to be patient and to wait 4 days in case the parcel will arrive. If he had read my messages it is 2 months that parcel never reach me. He did not want to refund me and told me that he is sending back those 2 dresses. If it is true that he ship those 2 dresses, he did not gave me a new tracking number. I am really clueless what is going on with this order.
In that order I received all the parcels from the other 8 stores.
I even had 2 stores that I order an item that was sold out and right away they wrote me to choose and other item . And I did I received my second choice.
I really don't like that store. Will never buy again trough that store.
All I want to know did the store ship again those 2 dresses and I need the tracking number or am I getting a refund

It didn't arrived because the the seller used wrong shipping address "to send" the item (deliberate deception).
