C-Date review: C date subscription

I have tried to cancel my subscription and delete my profile but without success. C date makes it as hard as possible to do so. Customer services are not very helpful at all. I cancelked my subscription through PayPal. Now am being chased regardless that I tried to cancel. Yes I have sent details through of that cancellation request. However no response from either their collection or customer services devison.

They are a horrible company to deal with.

As it is the reason I left was due to fake profiles. Even though they stipulate otherwise. They believe that the public that use the site are totally stupid. This current age there are ways of checking profiles.

I have not mentioned c date by name yet but I have an open case with the Police via Action Fraud and also have reported to UK Interpol for their investigation.

Whilst C Date states..no fake profiles. Well yes there are. Maybe they have good profiles and some fake. Maybe they do not realise they are fake. Howeverbthis is 2023 and thankfully due to the linteenet it does pick up proiles.

At least two profiles had stolen photographs. Which is against UK, European and International law. It is Copyright issue and also against GDPR.

I was able to inform the true owners of the photographs on c date of the use of their photographs. They were horrified and felt they needed to also report the issue.

I want my subscription and account deleted immediately. I want an apology from C Date. Which I doubt I will get.

I doubt very much C Date will respond as their Customer service tends to ignore complaints
