All the stores in my area are a mess, and there are only 1 or 2 cashiers. The employees who are working are working extremely hard, which is not fair to them. The customer has to wait forever to be checked out. One night at 9 pm the line was extremely long, it went all the way back to the back of the store. there was only 2 cashiers. The next time I went there, there was only one cashier, and the line was very long. Then, the manager came up front and opened another register. Within 1 minutes, the other cashier left to hang up clothes. Back to 1 cashier. What is wrong with the corporate office? This problem is coming from higher up in the corporate office. Whoever is in charge of customer service and the area managers in Louisiana needs to be TRAINED and REPRIMANDED. This is unacceptable!
