This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

By sticking her hand in the bags (which you obviously find very offensive) the woman was probably checking the order to see which one was yours, [censored].

I actually work at a Burger King, and let me tell you something.

The fact that you people would rather come and complain rather than find a good solution to your problems tells me that you are like the rest of the ###s in the world who are afraid to actually cook something in their own home (OMG.)

The Burger King I work at is considered best in the region, we have a manager who best in her entire division, and the lowest prices in the city. You ###s, both of you must live in the goddamned ghettos.

I found a roach today in my food. It was a part of the leg of a roach. The middle of the leg was inside the bread. It was disgusting. I will never eat there again.

That commercial was f*cking hilarious! It must be Pagan_Pixie's "time of the month."

Agree TOTALLY. I think Burger King ranks up there with WalMart as total crap. I even noticed Wal-Mart lately is trying to get nicer but BK is the WORST. Everything you said is true and happens to us all the time. Nothing better than saying "thank you" to the person in the window and getting an attitude because you made them work. The food is rarely good and the last time I ate there we got sick because the mayo was all hot and old. They must have nuked the burger. It was horrible. I couldn't even eat it. My kids are the only reason I went for as long as I did but even they don't like it anymore. And filthy! Also, they advertise toys in the kids meals but the last 75 trillion times I have gone they have been old toys. Haven't seen a new promo toy in a year. Are they advertising them to get you in and not sending them or are all the employees selling them on Ebay? Who's to say. McD's is bad too with this but at least once in a while you get a new toy and even a hot fry. NEVER at BK. It seems they don't give two hoots on who they hire. I am sure eventually this business practice will put them out of business.

I was at the Burger King drive thru today. Italian Chicken sandwich combo was priced $5.29 and I took the large size for an additional $.40 When I heard the total of $6.79 it didn't sound quite right. Of course looking at the receipt they intentionally make it difficult as they don't price the order as on the menu but rather break the sandwich separate and the large drink separate and the large fry separate. I called the number on the receipt and asked what the #10 combo meal was priced on the drive-thru sign. She didn't understand English too good, but put me on hold and came back with $5.89. I asked again if she was sure that's what the drive thru menu has listed. Again she didn;t understand, but eventually assured me it was the price on the menu. I turned around and drove thru it agian, and it was there plain as day $5.29. Looks like we are being scammed. I don't care about the $.80, but the principle upsets me.

I totally agree. I sat at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Drove around to the window and ask the employee at the window was the place where you placed your order working. She said that the employees who were suppose to come to work at 5 had not showed up and there was no one was working. This was at 5:30 and there were at least 4 employees behind the counter. There is a McDonald's across the parking lot and thats where I went. I watched other people being turned away also. Being told this was a first and I will not go back to that Burger King.

I agree with everyone that post anything about Burger King. I live in Poinciana, Fl and every time I go there, I pray that it will be better but it's not. Employees and managers are eating as they are taking orders and filling them. When you ask them anything, they act like they don't understand you " truth be told they are all Spanish speaking", I just wish someone would tell them to get there act into shape because we american's want decent service without not knowing if they are talking about us or what they maybe doing to our food that they are about to serve us!
