On July 14th I placed an order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, I sat there waiting for someone to ask to take my order so I could let them know that I ordered from the app. As I sat waiting, there were 3 cars that went through on the other lane as each one placed their order. I kept asking for someone to take my order. No one answered. I was getting mad, so I drove up to the window to complain about this situation and let them know I placed my order through the app. First, they got my name wrong, then they got my order wrong. Every time they handed me the food and drink, I told them that is not what I ordered. They started getting an attitude with me. They practically threw the food at me. By that time I just took what they gave me and left.
On July 21, I went back and decided not to use the app after what I experienced the last time. I pulled up to the speaker and no other car was there. I sat and waited, finally saying hello? A male voice said “I will be right with you, with an obvious attitude. I sat there for 5 minutes asking for someone to help me. Cars were driving up in the other lane and they were sitting there waiting too. Finally, the guy took my order, with an obvious attitude.
I am so sick and tired of the attitudes of these people. I can’t even go through a fast food drive through without some kind of trouble. Needless to say, I won’t be eating there anymore.
