I do not even live in escalon, but I was going through & that was where my grandson wanted to eat. We ordered 2 meals totalling $27.56. I was the driver, we take our 20 minute drive to get to my house & we are missing our burger & fries on one of the meals. I called & called [protected], the # on the receipt, I left messages with my name & number that night, I was not going back, gas is expensive! And it was already 7:55pm. No calls that night. I called in the morning & left message, 2. No return call that morning. Finally in the afternoon, a woman named monica, who said she was the manager answered the phone, I told her what had happened, then she put a man named josh on the line and he said he was the store manager. I explained what happened and he had no response what soever. I explained that going out to eat is very pricey and some refund or voucher is all I ask. He refused to even address the issue, so I then asked who owned this store, he refused to give owner's name, I asked over & over & he kept saying he had no idea what name is, I challenged him and he gave up the name "john". This is really sad that I am writing this complain when all I askd was for a refund or some kind of voucher. I was not trying to be unreasonable. I am hoping that burger king will not let me down in addressing this issue. A lot of people I know bad mouth your company, I don't but with that experience I can see why. I do have a receipt of what I ordered.
