Burger King

Last night 11/27/at 9:50 pm we arrived at the Burger King in Union City where we waiting in a long line with about (5) cars for over (20) minutes, before we could make our order added to an additional (10) minutes before coming to a drive thru window to pay.

I don't know know what the problem is with this location but we have frequent this Burger King at least once a week at night.
There is extremely slow service, having to wait several minutes at order menu speaker for someone to acknowledge that you are there, along with
the long lines and waiting times at the window to receive your food.

There have been several occasions when we had been prevented from approaching this window, even after the car in front of us had receive their food and left. We would be waved off not to proceed any further and wait. We would have to wait until someone at window motion us to move forward.

We couldn't understand what would be the reason why we had to stay back and not move up to the window when other car had obviously left.
Sometimes we would waited like this for about 10 minutes or more.

I have gone to Burger Kings at other locations and have never experienced anything remotely like what goes on here in Union City.
It just appears to me that the workers there at night really don't care about the customers.

I am considering avoiding Burger King all together for another fast food chain like Wendy or McDonald's which appears to give better consideration to there customers if nothing changes.
