I had an online order that I placed on Sunday February 1,2026 at 430pm. The order was sent to the Piqua, Ohio location. I called the Urbana, ohio location to try and fix the location that I wanted my order from and the "manager" said that I would have to go online "SOMEWHERE " to refund and reorder but was LESS than Helpful! I then tried to call the Piqua, Ohio location, their phone just rang then eventually hung up. The website support said they had higher traffic and would get back to me. They finally responded this morning. However, I had to send another email telling them this whole story. As of right now, they have not refunded my money!
