Burger King review: on time service

I know this is a new location, however, on two different occassions I have gone through the drive thru after 5:00 am, and they are not ready for customers. No apology-rather rude...so I go right next door to Sonic and get my breakfast. Also this morning I know there were several customers behind me that also were turned away. Poor service
