My husband and I had lunch May 17 around 2 pm at Store 5311 on Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake and it was disgusting. Bun was stale, burger quality was poor and size of jr whopper was about 3 inches in diameter. Very disappointing. Customer service was not the best either. What has happened to the delicious burgers that Burger King sold. I don't know what size the whopper is now based on the size of the jr. whopper.

Desired outcome: Fresh food and drink and train your workers better.
