Burger Kinghair in food. bad management

My fiancée went to Burger King (Clifton Heights) and ordered food for the family. When she arrived home I took one bite and it had a ling string of hair in it. I called Burger King to report this to a manager and one person answered acting as a manager, to which I was simply trying to tell them please wear hairnets because this is the second time this happened to me. The response was a second person acting as a manager being ignorant towards me and not acknowledging the fact that this happened. I wasnt asking for a refund but just that they do better. All I received was disrespectful people. They need new management and employees there
